Baby Smile presents itself as a commendable photography service, delivering aesthetically pleasing and professionally captured images. Nonetheless, I believe there is room for improvement regarding the print quality, particularly on smaller-format products, where the resolution and finish could better reflect the otherwise high standards of the brand. Apart from this minor shortcoming, the service provided within the hospital setting was both efficient and satisfactory. While the pricing could certainly be more competitive, it remains within an acceptable range by Zürich standards

not only massively overpriced and sold to us in the hospital as a 'free' shoot but when I gave in and ordered the book for sentimental reasons (reflected in be said pricing) they sent me the book with my daughter on the cover and a completely stranger baby on the inside... mhm... you'd think for 160 euro, they would perhaps check their product before sending it out.

The photograph in the hospital was very nice, and so were the pictures taken of our son. The welcome gifts were really sweet, especially the picture after birth. I bought a wall picture, a wall calendar and some digital pictures, and the quality is top.
I had only 2 issues and therefore one star less: the photobook couldn't be personalized, also it can not be selected which pictures go where, as in for example the calendars (and therefore I didn't buy it), and I always received a saving-code after having bought one thing...for the same thing, also I felt a bit scammed, being the case that I bought several things and they're not cheap.

Very nice photography

Good chance to take baby photos as they come directly to the ward. They have good props. It would be great if they had informed a day in advance so that we could prepare, but its good anyways.
