Zunächst das Positive: Der Fotograf im Krankenhaus war nett und hat das Baby sehr behutsam behandelt.

Nun das Negative, von dem es reichlich gibt:
Die Fotos unseres Neugeborenen wurden im Krankenhaus gemacht, da diese Firma anscheinend eine Art Partnerschaft mit dem öffentlichen Krankenhaus in Harlaching, München, hat und regelmäßig das Krankenhaus besucht, um Fotos von vielen Neugeborenen an diesem Tag zu machen.

Als wir die E-Mail erhielten, dass die Fotos fertig waren, waren wir GESCHOCKT festzustellen, dass man etwa 270 Euro bezahlen muss, wenn wir die digitalen Bilder herunterladen wollten. Dies ist mehrfach der Betrag, den man bei einem anderen, professionelleren Fotostudio mit wahrscheinlich besseren Fotos bezahlen würde.

Uns wurde nie eine grobe Preisspanne genannt, was wir erwarten könnten, selbst nachdem wir am Telefon nach den Kosten gefragt hatten.

"Wir machen die Fotos und stellen sie dann auf die Website, und es gibt mehrere Pakete, aus denen Sie wählen können."

Die versprochenen "kostenlosen" Geschenke sind ebenfalls vergriffen, und stattdessen bekommt man einen Rabatt auf andere Dinge, die fast doppelt so teuer oder sogar noch teurer sind. Um das "kostenlose" Foto auf Papier zu bestellen, muss man eine Versandgebühr von 4,95 Euro bezahlen. Ja, für ein Stück Papier.

Zusammenfassend halte ich dies für eines der unethischsten Unternehmen, die ich in Deutschland gesehen habe, und ich bitte jeden, sich von ihnen fernzuhalten.

First of all the good: The photographer at the hospital was nice and handled the baby very gently.

Now the bad, of which there is plenty:
The photos of our newborn was taken in the hospital as this company appears to have some sort of a partnership with the public hospital in Harlaching Munich and they visit the hospital periodically and take photos of many newborns on that day.

When we got the email back telling us that the photos were ready, we were SHOCKED to find that one has to pay around 270 euros if we wanted to download digital pictures. This is multiple times the amount you would pay any other, more professional photo studio with likely better photos.

We were never told the ballpark range of what could we be expected to pay even after asking over the phone what are the costs

"oh we take the photos and then post on website and there are multiple packages you can choose"

The "free" gifts promised are also out of stock and instead of that you are given some sort of a discount on other things that are almost double the price or more. To order the "free" photo on paper, you have to pay a shipping of 4,95 Euro. Yes, for a piece of paper.

In summary, in my opinion, this is one of the most unethical businesses I have seen in Germany and I implore everyone to stay away from them.

The pictures were very beautiful and breathtaking. Wonderful memories for my baby to see when she grows up☺️
