I love the way the pictures came out and all the products the baby smile set came with.

really bad experience with their sales method. It was very misleading about the price, not to say completely dishonest. Will unfortunately not recommend it.

We are from India. We got first child in Germany in January 2018 and come to know about Baby Smile Fotografie. We were very excited to share after birth photos of new born to our relatives and friends in India. Baby smile helped us to fullfill our desire with special photo shoot with highly skilled photographers at hospital itself. We are extreamly satisfied with quality of all products and very special online album to reachout to our near and dear one.
I would like to recommond all to go for it :) for very spcial moments within few days of baby birth.
Wir kommen aus Indien. Wir haben das erste Kind in Deutschland im Januar 2018 bekommen und Baby Smile Fotografie kennengelernt. Wir waren sehr aufgeregt, nach der Geburt Fotos von Neugeborenen zu unseren Verwandten und Freunden in Indien zu teilen. Baby Smile half uns, unseren Wunsch mit speziellen Fotoshootings mit hoch qualifizierten Fotografen im Krankenhaus selbst zu erfüllen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität aller Produkte und einem ganz besonderen Online-Album, das wir unseren nahen und lieben Menschen anbieten können.
Ich möchte alle empfehlen, um es zu gehen :) für sehr spezielle Momente innerhalb von wenigen Tagen nach der Geburt.

Super tolle Fotos sowie Fotografin im KH Tulln!

The photographer came to Frankfurt Hocst Klinik to take photo's of our 1 day old baby.
I was very happy the photographer spoke English as although my wife speaks very good German mine is not so good.

We were very happy with the photographer and the photo shoot process, the photographer was very good and had some accessories and was superb at getting our baby and us ready for the photo's.

Two weeks later a huge box arrived full of photo's and prints so we could choose what we wanted...we took the total set for €200.
I give 4 stars because I feel that if you are purchasing the whole package you should get the CD of hi-res images included in this and not have to pay extra for it...
I understand the charges if you only want the cd or part of the photo package but to charge more when you already purchased the canvas and books is a bit much.

a great service, fast and professional from both photographer and team .will definitely do it again because it works well for me im not a fan of hours and hours of photoshooting where at the end the kids are irritated and and impatient therefore babysmile is the best it delivers well on time and quality !!
