The Bathwise team in Ealing could not have done more. I have a great new bathroom, on time, and to budget. They offered more support and better service than anyone could ever expect.
OMG Awful staff. One goes into a Bathroom store expecting to speak to a specialist.. I was so wrong. Every single interaction with them went wrong, i was told it was my fault but none wanted to take accountability, even though i have emails confirming what was agreed. Distance buying- if you dont see an item prior to purchase - one can return. They charge 25% even though it is still in their store.
One example: I gave specs for a Mirror cabinet (speaker, sosft close etc). Visited the shop a few time- they showed me many times how to hook my phone to the speakers. They recommended model & brand- not displayed in their store. This arrived and had none of my specs. I was told this was my fault, as i should have visited the Brand website confirm. Erm- who provided me with the brand & model. £720 mistake which i had to suck up.
My summary- Above was just one example. They dont listen, have no customer service, no accountability and happy to blame customer.
