I was able to find what I wanted yet again, everything is fully detailed, I’m emailed with my confirmation order and when my order changes (when it’s ready to ship and has been shipped) these amazing guys are fast and have always shipped my items so quickly. 10/10 definitely shopping here again! I’ve shopped here twice now and I can find everything! The prices are remarkably amazing!
I ordered my items yesterday (Sunday) and they shipped it today! So they are always fast and they do say on the website and via emails they don’t ship on Sundays, bank holidays and I think Saturdays too but I’m not 100% on the Saturday bit.

Placed my order on line on Boxing day received a email following day from Bbguns4less the following day,impressed by the quick response on shipping of my purchase will vist again.

First time I've used BBGUNS4LESS ordering was straight forward and easy,they've kept me up to date on my purchase,just waiting for my item to arrive,I will be putting up a review on the items quality once I've received it,also got an e mail from the owner which was very nice of him.

Item wasn't shipped for 5 days and received no explanation when I emailed to query where the product was. No redund offered.

I have ordered 3 guns from this site so far and all 3 have either arrived broken or have broken after firing less than 10 bullets. When returning an item, you are expected to pay for the shipping and are reimbursed with BB pellets! What an absolute joke. The support agents take 48 hours to reply to each email and it appears like they want you to not return the item and let the return period run out. I will not be ordering from this site again. I am very disappointed.

I have used Bbguns4less before with no problems. Unfortunately through no fault of the staff this order was at the mercy of a computer glitch. But alls well that ends well and the staff (Kenzie) came to the rescue. Great price and great item another to add to my ever increasing collection. Amazing job guy's. Would have been five star but for the computer hiccup. Buy from you soon.

Parcelforce didn't deliver my item made an excuse of someone at my address refused delivery must of been my 2 dogs as I didn't as I ordered and was waiting?

Really disappointing even after trying to rearrange delivery for next day item got sent back to sender absolute joke and now I'm asked to repay for delivery for piss poor service in first place

I don't like leaving negative reviews but feel it necessary on this occasion. I ordered an unstuck item expecting same day despatch as advertised and Free delivery as advertised. I'm now 11 days down the line with no updates on my order and also have been charged despite "Free delivery' claim on the site. I've called several times....nobody bothers to answer the phone! I've also emailed and.......nobody bothers to reply!

Seems like a Mickey Mouse outfit to me! Customer service is non-existent

Ordered a bb gun on Tuesday 05/11/2024 with express delivery.
On wednesday, staff (Kenzie) contacts me stating that there's a problem with my UKARA number, when I have previously ordered from other vendors, with the same UKARA number without any issue.
I then provide proof that I do have an UKARA, only for nobody to get back to me.
To this date, 09/11/2024, after multiple e-mails, I do not have neither the RIF, nor my money. Do not trade with them, no customer service whatsoever.
Fraudsters in this industry.

Bbguns4less is the best for customer relationships. Their prices are very low when you consider the craftsmanship that goes into all their guns, and their customer helpfulness is 100% great.

Clear marketing, good selection of products for both newbies to airsoft and for the more experienced player. Very fair prices. Great dispatch times. I’ll always check this company first because I’ve never had any issues with them. Some items are not in stock which I’m eager to purchase so I’m constantly checking back purely because of their pricing!

They also actually respond to emails and answer their telephones unlike some retailers. If there’s ever an issue they have been forthcoming and helpful.
