I love the height of the boot. What needs serious improvement is the inside and bottom of the boot. My feet are soaked and the lining shifts. When I contacted the company, I was told that the boot was... See more

New England, These Are Your Boots!

Bearpaws. They came already waterproofed with a
re-enforced toe (!) They have zippers, and the soles pull out for best drying. They have more cushion and are softer. At half the price, of that "other" brand, which doesn't come close to matching up.
Super happy
The qualities a New England winter needs-
Thank you Bearpaw
:)

Their products are garbage!

Their products are garbage, don't waste your money! Bought a set of socks and after just ONE wear, they were trashed! Reached out to them and they just completely ignore emails. They couldn't care less about their customers and after a quick search, I see that I'm not alone in my experience. AWFUL COMPANY!!

Cheap Product, Disposable Grade; NOT worth the money.…

Bought a pair of mens ancle high winter boots from SVP Canada. This is the first winter I am using the boots and so far 2 of the metal shoe lace holders have fallen off and now I cannot properly tighten the laces. The product is made very poorly and the sole material is cheap. Their products are made cheap of cheap material and should be sold for $19.99 CDN or less and classified as Disposable Boots with a lifespan of less than 1 season. Stay away from their products.

I'm really disappointed in this…

I'm really disappointed in this company. I bought a pair of $100 boots. I have had them less than two seasons and the back of the boot is tearing my skin on the heels off. There is no reason for this to happen with a boot that expensive. I really tried to make these boots work. I even took thick pairs of socks and placed them at the back of the boot just to make it bearable to walk but it's amazing that the design of the boots applies pressure hard enough to still rub the skin raw. Unbearable to walk in and they haven't had that much use over all. I know it's my loss. Customer service will not even be courteous enough to reply to email. I find that unprofessional.

Bearpaw dosen’t care about us!

Don’t get me wrong, bearpaw slippers are dynamite! I Love ‘em! But the way they handled my last purchase left a bad taste! I purchased a pair of Moc 2 for my husband from Amazon, for Christmas and I received 2 left feet. I complained to bearpaw and they told me to start a return with Amazon, which I already did. But that’s it. Now I know the brand packaging is done at a bearpaw facility. So that means the 2 lefty’s were done by one of there people! I have to wait till Feb 2023 to get my purchase! What a Joke!!!!

Possible Knockoffs

I purchased a pair of Bearpaw slippers from bearpaw.com and they did not fit as the current pair of Bearpaw slippers I owned. Even though I ordered the same size I currently owned which was a size up from my regular size, they still fit a bit snug. When I contacted them to inform them of this ill fit and that I would be returning them, Bryan informed me that instead of issuing me my full refund, they deducted the free shipping charge from my refund, and said the shipping charge was no longer free because the slippers were under $49, and the free shipping was due to a discount. The discount no longer applied since I was returning them. This false advertising and reversal of an agreement is unacceptable. Not only did they deduct the free shipping charges to ship the slippers to me, I had to spend expensive gas money to drive to one of their shipping partners to drop the slippers off. This merchant is unbelievable, and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. My thought is the slippers they are selling are knockoffs, because the current pair of Bearpaw slippers I own, which is the same size I ordered from bearpaw.com, fits me comfortably with room to spear, where theirs were snug on my feet.

I got my boots yesterday 06/1/22

I got my boots yesterday 06/1/22. At first by looking at the reviews I was skeptical! But I’m so glad I placed my order. Not only did I receive my boots. I received them on time. I will wear them in the winter since they have fur inside the boots. I’m not rough on my shoes when I wear them. So they last for a long time. But I’m a happy customer.

Honestly they look like uggs but way more stylish. : )
