Ordered item which was for a present, box was crushed and the perfume inside had leaked i requested a replacement took photos etc and like others they offered a 20% back to me off the price, what a cheek, im going through ebay and hope il get back what I payed and find a reputable company to buy from, avoid avoid avoid this 2bit company at all costs.

Ebay order from healthmagasin & they state on ebay that they're part of beautymagasin. Tealight candles that won't stay lit! They offered me a 20% refund for a totally unusable product when I asked for a full refund. Then upped his offer to a 50% refund (have I mentioned the product was unusable and not fit for purpose?!). Then he withdrew that offer as I was outside the ebay refund window (my fault) but suggested I buy more of the unusable product & he'd give me 50% off! Cheek of it. He sells on ebay under healthmagasin. Steer clear

I should have read the reviews bfore ordering. Rating of 1.6 but bearing in mind there is no 0 in reality much less. My order is undelivered and the photo ujnlikely to be my house. There is a notice on my front door clearly stating what to do if no answer to the bell and to leave a note through the letter box. They have not disclosed the name of the carriers and suggested I visit all neighbours to discover if they have the package ! If no resolution I will ask for refund. Ebay and Amazon should not allow them to trade on their sites. Useless and uncaring Company. I have many deliveries without problem so there are no excuses whatsoever.

Do not buy from this company especially on Ebay, my item was left outside and was stolen and they have done nothing to resolve this so now Ebay has stepped in also I left negative feedback and after checking the feedback has been changed to positive which I never wrote, they are scamming people with writing their own 5 star reviews.

Do not order from them, i have orderded a perfume, being delivered by Amazon shipping, unable to update delivery, or contact delivery driver. No customer service available, no contact number, i have been waiting for pacel at home, no delivery atempt even reported so, in the end Amazon shipping customer service replied that my parcel was missing from their van and to contact the seller for a refund. I have tried to ring them, several times, no one picking up the call, no e mail available.

I bought a bottle of Boss Bottled spray aftershave. It arrived in all its proper packaging but was missing a nozzle. The seller, despite me sending photos, refused to replace it. So £64 for something I can’t use. They are not trust worthy. Avoid at all costs

Be aware that Beauty Magasin also trade under name The Beauty Store. I recently bought a tester bottle of Givenchy Pi via On Buy from the Beauty Store. I assumed On Buy would vet their suppliers.
The fragrance arrived in a jiffy bag, no paperwork, no box, the sprayer was severely tarnished. The initial spray seemed okay, but it literally disappeared after about ten minutes. I checked the LVMH batch code which stated the bottle was three years old. I can only assume that it has been stored in sunlight or air has got in to the bottle.
Getting in touch with the company is a nightmare. They do not respond to emails except via On Buy. When you do get a response it is contradictory, evasive and written in poor English. After three days of frustrating communication I wrote to both On Buy and PayPal to explain the trouble I was having with them. On Buy stepped in and said they would refund my purchase (they have now contradicted this). This morning I received an abrupt message from the Beauty Store with a return label addressed to Beauty Magasin. Legally I will have to return it, but my fear is that this bunch of rogues will probably try and sell it again.
Avoid the Beauty Store and Beauty Magasin at all costs.
Beauty Magasin sent a return label to me. I repeatedly informed them I did not have the facility to print a label. This fell on deaf ears. So I paid for the postage myself in order for it to get back to them. I provided proof of postage. They state on their website that if an item needs returning if it is defective they will provide a return label or pay for postage. So this morning the Beauty Store responded and said that they never asked for me to send it back, so consequently they said they will not refund my postage costs. The depths to which this company can sink to is astonishing.

Terrible company who do not refund when fake goods returned to them. You will get your money you paid for from your bank but do you really want that hassle. You will not be able to recover the return postage cost.

The item arrived damaged/defective. Despite clear evidence the seller (Mr. Gaumish Patel) refused to refund or replace the item. Demanded me to pay return shipping for their mistake and Showed no accountability for sending a damaged product. Highly unsatisfactory experience with this seller.

This is unacceptable business practice. Buyers beware: this seller prioritizes profit over customer fairness. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller at any cost. Stay away

Avoid…scam…..ordered a box of disposable cups from them through eBay. rather they sent a big bag of cat litter like some sick twisted joke. I can’t post a negative review until 7 days later but I am furious. I tried returning it right now….carried an extremely heavy bag only to have the post office door shut in my face because it’s a few minutes till 1pm. I dumbed that right down the bin because no way I was carrying such a heavy bag all the way back home. They sent me rubbish. Would post again once eBay allows me to.

I purchased two bottles of Elizabeth Arden Green Tea from this company via Ebay.
This smells absolutely nothing like Green Tea.
I have contacted this company via Ebay on several occasions and found this company to be no help whatsoever.
I would recommend that you steer clear of buying anything at all from this company.

Ordered through eBay and arrived from Amazon within 48 hours. Came to review and glad I didn't read before I ordered, or wouldn't have done.....but....really happy

Dreadful Dreadful service. They are not interested if anything goes wrong.

I ordered from BeautyMagasin on eBay. They ordered the item from Amazon. The item was delivered to the wrong address after that the seller stopped responding. I applied for a refund from eBay and they closed my case without a refund saying they are not responsible for cross platform orders. I even contacted Amazon who responded with the same answer.
I am now out of pocket for an item I did not receive and BeautyMagasin has that money
Shouldn't be allowed to rip people off like this.

OMG I read the previous reviews this describes my experience I purchased from eBay this seller sent my goods to Exeter I live in Yorkshire via Amazon logistics with a tracking no my goods were returned to Beautymagasin but they ignored me then told me to ask my neighbours it has been a stressful experience can’t believe they are getting away with this wonder if trading standards know!!!

ONLY BUY FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’ WITH A CREDIT CARD, SO YOU CAN CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK EASILY, BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO.

Basically failed on every level.

Item bought through eBay but allegedly delivered by Amazon Logistics not Royal Mail as stated – it was not delivered. The seller was informed that the item was not delivered. HAD TO open ‘did not receive’ case with eBay, which despite the Amazon GPS tracking showing delivery was not at my premises and the seller stating that there was no delivery photo, eBay used the tracking number ONLY to close in their favour. The seller made no attempt to assist or contact Amazon and have intentionally obstructed, delayed and displayed an arrogant attitude throughout, culminating in committing fraud by false representation in relation to the delivery. Address details held on eBay are ‘incorrect’. Negative feedback is generally an indication of the ethics of a company and non delivery seems to be a regular occurrence; they should not be allowed to conduct business. I’ve been an eBay customer and seller since 2012. I’m removing all my items for sale and will never use this platform again to buy or sell. AVOID BEAUTY MAGASIN THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is a fake company who do not send their products and do not provide refunds they take your money and run. I have been Informed item delivered to a household member, but it was not. No proof of delivery and no item received. No response from seller and no help from eBay. I have tried contacting seller directly, but phone number and emails not recognised. There is no way to contact this company they are scammers.

I’ve purchased Australian Gold sunbed lotions from this company via Onbuy.com a few times. There are generally one or two in the range for a very good price but not the same ones consistently, so if you have a favourite you may not get lucky. Had no problems in the past, however they are now sending items via Amazon Logistics instead of Royal Mail so they have lost me as a customer. Amazon are nothing but hassle in my area. My order got left on a random person’s doorstep, not mine. No idea where the item was but thankfully someone dropped it round a few hours later. If they go back to RM deliveries I’ll use again, otherwise sadly not.
