Disappointing experience, but responsive customer service
I've always had a good experience with Bells before, having used the repair service and bought appliances from them. I called them out for a washing machine repair - a noise that I knew was wrong but could not further diagnose. I was clearly told that the call out charge was £49 but that it went towards the cost of the repair - familiar from previous call outs. The information missing was that if the machine is irreparable, they will still charge £49 to tell you that. I was upset with this but I received a helpful follow up email from the owner explaining the company’s position and I am satisfied with the resolution.
