Beloved are amazing. This is the 3rd custom tank I have ordered from them, and the 3rd time they have been fantastic. Images are super clearly printed and they are happy to make even minor adjustments to make sure customers are 100% satisifed. Customer service is outstanding. Cant say enough good things!

Product not as described
The product I received was not as described. The stitching was white on black, the fit was odd and there was no label whatsoever on the shirt. . .
The fabric was also not cotton as described but some weird polyesterish material. Again, no label so no idea what it is made of.
I wrote a review stating all of this on their website and mysteriously they didn’t post the review.

Thank you for reaching out to us and we truly apologize for this inconvenience. This is definitely a manufacturer's error and we're more than happy to proceed with a replacement.
For the fabric, we do use polyester (on almost all of our products) since we use sublimation printing. It is the perfect material to use since sublimation only works 100% with polyester fabrics. Some of our products, however, come with poly-cotton blends. The label, on the other hand, is also something we are currently looking at. We just switch manufacturers and it seems there is some work to fix.

Made a purchase a few days ago
Made a purchase a few days ago, never got a confirmation, don't have an order number, but they took my money. Also, the "contact us" and "order tracking" functions on their website don't work.
Upgraded to three stars for their quick response to this and resolution of this issue for me. They still need to get their website and notification processes working correctly.
UPDATE: It's now been about two weeks since allegedly shipping my order; the website order tracking form still doesn't work and I can't find any evidence that my order is actually on the way. The USPS tracking system shows it as "awaiting package" - i.e., it hasn't actually been shipped at all.
Ok, today the USPS tracking system shows what they claim, that it is on the way and due to be delivered tomorrow. Why as of yesterday it said none of that, I couldn't say. You still need to fix your website.

A buggy site but a good customer service.
It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it.
Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now).
In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

Great management
as Soon as I had a problem and got a hold of one of the managers because my shipment had not got to me. I was immediately helped and they figured out why I did not got my product on time. And then they even manually shipped me ANOTHER shipment to make sure I would get it. And provided me a separate tracking number for it as well. I recommend this company and will Be ordering again from here soon!

missing return item
My husband wanted the sweatshirt Thou shalt not pass. I ordered him and my daughter one for Christmas. I went against my better judgement and ordered him a medium. As I suspected it was small, so I requested to return it. I opted to just buy another one instead of waiting for an exchange. I used their return label with tracking but unfortunately my package never made it back to their building. I accidentally threw away the receipt with the tracking number. I had emailed several times to see if it arrived. Well I am out $65 and a sweatshirt and because I can’t prove I sent it back, they can’t do anything about it. I received an email today stating they would at least refund $15 and give me a $10 gift card, while it is a small portion at least they did soemthing. My sweatshirt is out in no man lands of the post office black hole of never being recovered, or maybe someone is who needed it is wearing it. I appreciate Beloved shirts at least giving me some kind of compensation since the Post office said nothing we can do about even though it was insured.

Just Read(Don't Complain)
Now I don't want to hate on anyone or company, but this is just taking it to the limit. The customer service is just plain bad, and before you guys tell me it's not let me explain. No updated status on my hoodie was already bad. They wouldn't let me know anything which was quite a worry. And even when I emailed them about the issue, I just got blank advertisements on new designs. So in all, not the type of thing I want to go through again. I gave 2 stars because the hoodie I ordered look pretty dank.

I am not sure where we went wrong. Our customer service team responded to you within an hour of your first email, and within a reasonable timeframe after your second email which was at 6:09pm on Thursday, and then 3 more repeat emails within 24 hours by Friday afternoon. Our team responded to you on Monday during business hours. Is this bad customer service in your opinion? We are a small team so we do take 8-24 business hours to respond to all of the emails that come in.
I have the full responses on file and I am not seeing any blank advertisements, so I am wondering if you were looking at marketing emails maybe that came to your inbox? You are welcome to opt out of those if you would like.
Also, if you are unhappy with your order you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a refund.
Our business model is made to order so all items are crafted after the order date - order date being day 0. We promise to ship the item to you within 5-10 business days. Your order was shipped on the 7th business day.

Disappointed
I purchased the Unicorn Cloud sweatshirt and to be honest I was disappointed. It looks nothing like a sweatshirt as it is 100% polyester; Throw some cotton in there. Product looks different from the picture on the website except for the graphic of course. (There are no ridges on the bottom of shirt or on the neck and no Beloved label tab on inside of shirt) It looks homemade, not professional at all. It's a shame because the graphic/print is pretty cool but what they decide to print it on leaves much to be desired. Looks like this will be relegated to sleepwear/lounge clothing. I wanted a sweatshirt and its looks more like a long-sleeve jersey... Oh well.

I loved the clothing, BUT:
I loved the clothing. I ordered three shirts. Two had to be made, while one was listed as "ready to ship". Pretty typical for this kind of business. So I put my order in November. Get the two shirts that had to be made. I get all the way to DEC 25 (many business days later) without ANY update which is the responsibility of the VENDOR, not the customer, to enact. So I send a message- they say: "Sorry, it was a mistake and we didn't notice." I get the shirt by December 31- over a month after it was ordered. This is very unprofessional and otherwise I would have been a return customer. I buy things based on information provided, and this really missed the mark.
