Lost order, over a week in customer service to resolve. 2 months later, still no item.

"Apparently, your order came via our staging site, which is used for fixing bugs and other web development tasks." This was the reason I received for not getting my order that I checked on after almost 7 weeks. It THEN took 3 days for them to respond, with a question, which I answered in 5 minutes. Then ANOTHER 3 days for a response from them...with another question. I overpaid for a cheap novelty item (that I still have not received after 2 months). I voiced my disappointment and they offered me the same 15% discount that anyone can get from any coupon place. Not pleased at all.

Update: It's hilarious that they take 3 days to respond when you have an issue but they are on a bad review like white on rice. To clarify, this mystery test site made NO mention of a pre-order, so that's a moot point. I have generated positive reviews of other companies great customer service, Beloved has 44% bad or poor ratings...so you be the judge over who screwed up here....and again, the 15% off another order they offered me is the same 15% anyone can get with a coupon search. Nope, nope, and more nope. FORTY-FOUR PERCENT POOR & BAD REVIEWS. Buy at your own risk.

Please allow me to explain my findings after I investigated your experience. You placed an order last February 16, 2020 for an Avocado coin purse which is one of our rare imports and is tagged as pre-ordered on our website which usually takes 10-20 business days + your chosen shipping to arrive.
I understand that you initially contacted us to check on your order on 13th of March and I am really sorry that it took the 15th for us to respond. From there we found that your order fell on our staging site and explained to you that we have yet to process your order due to the incident. We offered you two options regarding the matter, "If you're willing, let me know and I can put this into production right away. I'll also see if we can expedite it. If not, we're more than happy to proceed with a full refund", from which you chose to continue with your order on the 16th of March. The next day we informed you that your order has been processed and an update will be sent once the item is shipped and the order number is available which only took 6days. Your order has been shipped out and informed to you last March 22nd.

If we check our timeline and if your order did not go to our staging site, it should have been shipped out latest the 13th of March and arrived within your chosen shipping method of 10-20 business days. This means we're still within the correct time period and not really late. Still, due to what have happened, as a valued customer, apart from expediting your order, we tried to offer you 15% OFF coupon.

I am really sorry that we were not able provide you the best customer service experience that we can. But I hope I was able to clear everything. Let us know if there's any other way we can help you.

Pleasantly Surprised

Honestly, I am apprehensive to order sweatshirts and tees online because they always seem to arrive too small/big and never of the right quality. So you can imagine how I felt ordering a couple mystery sweatshirts from Beloved. I saw them on Shark Tank and instantly wanted one of their prints. I cannot tell you how many awesome comments and warm nights I have because of my two hoodies.

The style, print, and quality are all top-notch! I just ordered 3 more :)

Been waiting over 5 months for a swimsuit

Ordered in September for my SO's birthday, its now February and the order still hasnt been delivered despite constant assurances and excuses in response to my followup emails, the latest being that their sweatshop is on holiday. Only remarkable thing about this company is the responsiveness of their evidently overloaded customer service, but it doesnt mean anything if you cant even deliver the product within the same decade it was ordered.

You won't be disappointed

Great quality hoodies,with great affordable prices. My girlfriend's birthday was on Jan 28th, and she loves clouds... so I bought a "Neon Cloud" hoodie for her with expedited shipping. Not only did the item ship extremely fast and arrive before her birthday, but the craftsmanship and material of the hoodie exceeded expectations. The company gave me continuous updates on the production and shipping of the item I ordered, and then continued to give me even more discounts at a later time. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Worth the wait!

I was a little nervous about lack of exact processing times and was not provided a tracking number. I emailed in my questions and always received a quick and clear response. My shirt arrived before my deadline and was amazing! The shirt is good quality and the picture is crystal clear.

I bought a sweatshirt

I bought a sweatshirt. One shoulders seem didn't connect, so it had a big hole. The other shoulder was sewn to the back of the shirt. The pocket was half sewn and hanging off. The material they used felt cheap. I paid $50 and had to hire a professional to sew it right so it could be worn. I'll never purchase from here again.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a non-custom Christmas sweater from Beloved Shirts in hopes to receive it in time for a Christmas party. I included Premium Shipping and in the Notes section I included "I need this product by December 13th 2019. If unable to fulfill, please cancel the order." As you are able to track the progress of your order, I was able to see that my order had not even finished processing by my requested date. I subsequently requested to cancel the order and please see my notes for reasoning. Not only did they insist on charging me for my "Premium Shipping Fee" (on a product that had not even shipped yet!), they refused to reimburse me on the product that was non-custom (easily restocked and resold). Multiple emails were written to the company PRIOR TO IT EVER LEAVING THEIR PRODUCTION, and they persisted in charging and shipping a product I no longer needed. I now have a product I no longer need, over a month later, and paid for it in full with "premium shipping." Therefore, if you are looking for something unique and original with great customer service, I would highly recommend looking ELSEWHERE. This company can make a Beloved Item belated and bemoaned. I would NOT recommend this company.

I went back to the discussion you had with our representatives as well as the final email we sent you regarding the issue. It seems that we tried to reach out and resolve this issue. It might have been late but we would still want to hear from you and finally provide you the best resolution we can offer.

Have you had the chance to check our FAQs when it comes to canceling orders? As we have stated in our policy, you have to email us. I understand that you wrote notes there, but those notes are meant for shipment processed by our carriers, not us. Our ordering system is done automatically. That is why we ask our customers who want to process cancellation to send us a message directly at least within a day after placing the order.

In your case, it was already put into production. And, as per our policy, we can no longer process cancellation once it goes into production because the item/s has been crafted already. However, you can always request a return so we can process a full refund. I really hope that you understand that we, as a company, have a policy to follow especially since our items are made to order.

I purchased a swimsuit from beloved shirts for an event I was going to. The tracking of my order just kept saying processing. I emailed multiple times asking where my order was. They continuously reassured me that it would arrive in time, only to tell me the week before that they had lost my order. They left me with mo time to order anything else onlime. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend!

Couple Hiccups But a Good Product...Eventually

I had issues initially, but the company made it right. The end-result was a great custom sweater, but it did not make it on time, hence the 3-star review. Took 4 months to get my Ugly Christmas sweater, but they did refund my money after a little bit of back and forth.

For me to properly assist you, I have investigated what happened. We received your order on Dec 10th and got your approval on the mock-up design by the next day. On the 12th, we started production which takes an estimated 10-20 business days and as I have seen, this was informed to you by the confirmation email. This information is also noted on the description part of the Ugly Christmas Custom Sweatshirt you ordered on the website.
By Dec. 21st, your order completed and shipped out that means, it only took 6-business to craft.
For the delivery, you chose Premium which takes 4-7 business days. The courier attempted to deliver your order on Dec 30th, 6th business day from your chosen method. However, the delivery failed. The courier part is out of our control as they are a separate entity. Still, this means that we were within the lead time we have provided.

At this moment, we would like to request for you to contact your local post to check if they still have the item as they have tagged it to be returned to our manufacturer. In such time that it's confirmed by your local post sent back, I will be on top of coordination and ensure you to get your package delivered back to you.

Butchered

Please read the reviews. I wish I could upload a photo to prove how bad they are. The quality of the product is terrible at best. The shipping took weeks. I had to request the shipping information because they don't automatically give it to you. I purchased custom items that looked nothing like the mock up design. The only tags on the clothing is written in Chinese. And now, I am out a few hundred dollars for unusable Christmas gifts. Just terrible and truly disappointing. I wanted so badly to believe in this company I really tried this year to only purchase from small companies.

Waste of money!

I finally received my order. What a piece of crap! I bought this shirt as a gift for a friend, but there is no way I’m going to give it to them. Crooked seams and jagged cutting and not any kind of labels whatsoever. This is crappy workmanship, even for a Chinese sweatshop. If you have any doubts about buying from this company, read the reviews. I would give them ZERO stars if possible. Also, I checked and they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Beyond annoyed

Beyond annoyed! I placed my order before Thanksgiving and still have not received anything on my order. NOTHING!!! I understand this is a process but come on now! Not even an update on my order. Today is the 14th business day under your chosen shipping method and the courier advised us that it's currently in-transit with an expected delivery date of December 26th by 8PM which means we are still within our provided lead time for your order to arrive.

I apologize, sincerely, as it seems you missed our notice regarding the item production and shipping lead time which are both noted on the item description as well as the email we sent when we confirmed your order. An ongoing nightmare; 4 months in and no resolution

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a sweatshirt back in AUGUST of 2019 and have still yet to receive it. It is now mid December 2019. I received a shipping notification in September that my package was to be delivered via DHL, but upon tracking, I found that the package was delivered back to the company for “incorrect address”. After speaking with a DHL rep, they said that the address printed on the package was not valid and I needed to get in touch with Beloved. I’ve been in back and forth communication with Beloved since September regarding the status of my order. They couldn’t provide any information as to why the shipping address was incorrect and asked me to confirm multiple times what the address was (my order confirmation from August listed the correct address, so why did they need so many clarifications?) I have now been told that my order is being remade and they can offer me a 30% refund plus shipping and coupons. That is an insult! This has been ongoing for 4 months now and that is the best they can do? I don’t have any hope of ever receiveing my purchase and I have wasted my time and money trying to rectify this. As other reviewers have said, you’re better off burning any money you will spend on this website. Stay away from this company! I was able to get a similar item much faster with no hassle from Jagy; check them out instead!

I ordered my shirt about 25 days ago

I ordered my shirt about 25 days ago (Nov 19th) and a shipping label has been created however USPS has 0 updates on the packaging. How hard could it possibly be to drop off a shirt at a USPS location. I was hoping to get the shirt before Christmas so I payed extra for shipping but that doesn’t really help when no one gives it to USPS.

I am really sorry for the experience you had to go through. It seems that you have been missing all our messages in the first place.

I have investigated your order and I found that after you ordered your custom design items on the 24th of October, we also sent you a mock-up design for your approval on both items later that day. We then sent you multiple emails without receiving response on the following dates: November 4th and finally, on the 21st which marks our 14-days policy, where in, we informed you that we will go ahead with crafting your order.
We only heard from you on December 4th, the first time you tried to check on your order. I personally replied to your email on the same day, informing you that your order is already in production and sent you mock-up designs on what you may expect to arrive. Then you contacted us again on December 12th at around midnight which took us a few hours to response. I hope this made things clearer that we have no intention not to respond or delay getting you information you need for your order. There are also times when some emails direct our messages to spam and I assume that's what happened here.

I got the right items, and they fit quite well. When I had something to ask about my order I got the response quickly and my problems were solved!
4 stars only because the order took quite a long time, even though it wasn't late.
I'll definetly be using Beloved Shirts again!
