This has probably been the WORSE

This has probably been the WORSE, experience I have ever had online. After waiting almost three weeks for shipment to arrive and after sending numerous emails, I finally received my order today and I paid a total of almost $60! For a Denim PRINT hoodie-the hoodie is NOT ACTUAL denim. I was sent several emails stating that my custom order was being stitched and finalized- I am very disappointed, i don' advise anyone buy from here-I know I wont ever again.

Scammed! 5 weeks now & paid for express.

5 weeks now and paid for express delivery.. What an absolute joke. Still hasn’t left ! I should have read the reviews here first.

Was for a Hen Party and I had to inform the girls it hasnt arrived and the event is today.

So Raging.. Have asked for a refund and have been refused as it was personalised..

Stay away and shop local.. that’s the best advice I can give..

Ordered an item from them and it was…

Update: the company contacted me a month after I was fed up and stopped contacting them and offered me the corrected item. I am still awaiting the item as the orders take quite a bit of time. I appreciate them reaching out to me after the fact and hopefully I will do business with them going forward.

Ordered an item from them and it was too small, requested to exchange it and the process was slow. I sent in the item to be replaced and had to cover shipping on my end from UPS. This was two weeks ago and they are claiming the item was never received. So now I am out the $23 i spent and another $11 for shipping and have nothing to show for it other than being annoyed.

Explanation

I have deleted my original review and would like to say that I do appreciate the reaching out. The company did reach out to me after my not so flattering review. Now that I understand, I wish to revise it.

For past and future buyers; The product is made in an appropriate time frame, it's the shipping that is leaving a bad taste in some people's mouths, which I empathize. The reason it takes so long to ship is because it's not shipping from the United States. It's being shipped from overseas and that shipment process does take some time. Please take into consideration customs as well.

So, when you see that your item has finished crafting, and still see no movement for a few weeks, it's not sitting around, being given a pep-talk before it's departure, but rather tracking does not update until in the United States.

I do think this information should be listed on the website and that may put some people's mind at ease, such as my own. Just a suggestion though.

I do appreciate you taking the time out of your day to speak to me and I do thank you for listening.

I did purchase the 90's cropped hoodie and I will tell you this - I did wear it this evening to dinner and two different people stopped, as they walked by me, to tell me how awesome the top was. It's definitely a hit with people.

I just read a review from you in TrustPilot and I am so sorry about the experience. I can only imagine the frustration you have to go through with our process, which I really apologize. You mentioned that my colleague Ely wrote this phrase in All CAPS, "IT TAKES 10 BUSINESS DAYS." I checked our email conversations with you and I don't actually see any reply from Ely (or someone from the team who did so). Ely, however, did write the word "business" in ALL CAPs, but I assume it was meant as an emphasis.

As for the crafting of your order, I checked with the team and our manufacturer and it seems we actually crafted and shipped your order within our promised turnaround times. I'm aware that you already know this but our crafting is 10 business days + shipping (based on the shipping you have chosen). You also mentioned someone from the team yelling at you and I apologize if that did happen, but I would appreciate it if you can send me proof of that. At least, from there, I can check with the team and find out what happened. As far as these email exchanges are concerned, we've never yelled or made some offensive remarks.

As for our products being made outside the US, we never claimed on our website that they are sourced/crafted in the US. I assume you would have read our FAQs and understood that our manufacturing process has since been moved overseas. Again, we never claimed about being made in the US and we even stated this on our product descriptions, checkout page, FAQs, etc.

Lastly, I never begged for a positive review from you and you can always check my previous email as it was me who sent you that message. I only asked that you write us a review but I didn't mention it to be a positive one (please see attached file sent to your email). Still, I appreciate you leaving us a review - it always helps us improve our customer service.

If you can send me proof of us replying to you in ALL CAPS or yelling at you, please let me know so I can take immediate action. I will also process a full refund as compensation for the inconvenience. Again, I apologize for the entire process. Let me know your thoughts.

However, to clarify that we definitely follow and provide our customer a standard lead time of both production and shipping for proper expectation, let me explain to you what happened based on our investigation.

Initially, you ordered your item on the 6th of October which is a weekend. Production time will starts the next business day which is a Monday, 7th of October and should be completed on the 18th. Then, ships the next business day which is the 21st. You've chosen the Free standard shipping which takes 10-20 business days to arrive. The maximum estimated date of arrival is November 15th but the item was tagged by the courier delivered by the front door/ porch on November 7 at 5:08pm which means, it arrived earlier than the provided expected time of arrival.

In regards with the fabric, the current material that we use is the best match for the kind printing which our manufacturer uses. We apologize if the item did not have a tag, we at info@belovedshirts.com are here to help and handle your concern accordingly. We can check and find out what might the problem be and offer you a quick resolution.

Completely Disgusted with Beloved

So i ordered Christmas sweatshirt or
order 610337
After a month, I get the entirely wrong item delivered so then I sent an email to the customer service, which after a week misled me that they were sending my item and now there not!
This was my second time ordering from this company, the first didn’t go over smoothly and now I am really mad at myself for giving them another try, a complete disappointment.
Also I am reading in other comments about mystery charges, which I will check my credit card statement, if I do see any “mystery” charges, that were not in billing, I will go to law enforcement and file criminal charges against the owners of Beloved, which would be federal charges since its interstate.

**UPDATE 11 December 2019**
So I was promised back in November, a day after this review was published that I would get an expedited order quickly and a partial refund. Well nothing has been received as of today, I contacted 3 times over the past two weeks and finally got a reply saying it was delayed. The Orginal order for this was back in early October! How could this company be so screwed up. I have no desire for the shirt anymore and only remind me of what a terrible experience this has been. Complete waste of time

He was trying to confirm if the process of remake which I offered is your final choice, now that we can proceed with it, or if you'll opt to get a refund instead. I assume it's a remake that you want because that's what you expressed on your other emails. I sincerely apologize if we needed to make this confirmation. Rest assured, it has been processed.

Regarding mystery charges, we encourage you to check your billings as we have not encountered this yet. I am confident enough to assure you that all your charges are discussed and are only those concerning your order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I would leave zero stars if possible. Customer service is incredibly slowwww. I told them I didn’t want my order several times if it wasn’t going to make my deadline and they wouldn’t guarantee a timeline or give a refund. Useless.
They are clearly outsourcing their custom printing, it took three freaking months to get my t shirt and board shorts. Finally gave them to my husband 7 months after ordered since I couldn’t give it to him for his birthday I waited for our anniversary. He just put the men’s L shorts on they might fit on a 12 year old. This company Bull Sh**!

Disappointing experience with Beloved

I have reached out twice to Beloved Shirts & haven’t hear anything back. It has been a full 19 business days since I placed my order, (it’s not a custom item). It’s the “Goosebumps” shirt. I ordered it for a friend’s birthday, expecting to at least be updated by now. My friend‘s birthday has since passed and I still don’t have the item.

I reached out Oct. 4, requesting an update on my item, and didn’t hear back. I sent another email yesterday, didn’t hear back. The only update I ever received is the one about my item going into printing, the same day I placed the order.

I completely understand if production gets backed up, but I would have liked to have been communicated with... and so far, I’ve heard from no one. I also paid for the quickest shipping, which seems pointless now. Up to 10 days for production, 4-7 days for shipping... at most, it should have been 17 business days. It’s been 19 business days. I lost money on that.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating, and if I were you, I wouldn’t believe the statements they make for the production & shipping of items. As a company, they should probably update their statement on how long their items take. False hope sucks, and I’m just disappointed because they make some pretty neat items.

Do not believe estimated time for production and delivery have have waited weeks for our item that was for an event. And hasn't come looks like I've wasted my money. Constantly changing their story and until I read these reviews did not know they were made in china. Stopped replying to my emails after I voiced my frustrations would have been quicker to make the outfit myself

Still no product after 60 days! Turns out it's made in China and shipped straight to your door, all that business about being assembled in the USA is ENTIRELY NOT TRUE. I see underneath he's aknowledging that now because he can't lie about it anymore, but I have a copy of our conversation where he clearly states it's inspected and assembled in the USA. Not worth the wait.

I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks for my order. And my order is one shirt, not numerous items. My visa was charged immediately, and charged more than what was presented at checkout.

This happened to me before - three years ago I ordered a onesie from them that took almost 4 months to arrive but I thought surely they would have figured out their turn around time by now. I thought wrong.

I've been waiting two months for my…

I've been waiting two months for my package literally 8 weeks. I can not believe the impossibilities of getting ahold of this company. I can't call them and I just have to wait for replies via social media. I was also charged way more in my debit than the amount stated on my receipt with no explanation. Hoping to hear from the only guy that works there, Sir Alvin. Hopefully he can explain the extra charges and do something to correct this issue and poor experience. I honestly won't ever buy anything from here again.

Great customer support

I would have to say the customer support for the company was excellent. Responded quick and politely to me when I received my incorrect order. Wrong Item Received

Ordered a custom t-shirt in mid-May. I knew it would be a bit of a wait to receive. Tracking showed it was delivered, but I actually didn't receive it until 3 days after. That may be more of a complaint towards the shipper (DHL/USPS). What I did receive was someone else's custom bathing suit. Not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Service (who has not responded tu o my last email) but they advised me that they do not do refunds on custom orders. They can re-do the item. In my case, I needed my item by a certain timeframe (why I ordered when I did), which I will now miss because the item will have to be recreated (who knows how long it will take). It's a shame that Beloved won't eat the costs for their mistakes and make their customers suffer. Lesson learned.

EDIT: upgraded to 2 stars. I wrote reviews online about my experience and magically was refunded for my entire purchase. Funny how policies can change. Whoever is looking for a bathing suit with a blonde's face on it - I have it. Maybe you have my shirt 🤷‍♀️

Finally, I got a response from this company that did not include excuses, badgering and placing the blame on the customer. Had I received this treatment from the beginning, my experience would have been totally different. Never got my Order

Never got my Order - Customer Service went dark on me.
I inquired about my order status and they got back to me within 24 hours. I told them That I absolutely needed my order by a certain date, and had paid for expedited shipping. They came back to me and said they didn't even have my order number in the system, and they would get back to me with an update. I've emailed them asking for an update and so far, they've gone dark. I'd better have my swimsuit in my hand by Wednesday night (in 2 days), or I'll need a refund. I'm so disappointed in this company after reading so many great reviews. Unfortunately, I definitely did not have the same experience with customer service.

Update:
Customer Service has gotten back to me. Turns out, not only was my order lost, but I was charged twice from a system glitch. I understand that these things happen, but If I had not reached out to customer service, I would've been $95 down the drain.
Willing to update the review once the full refund, including expedited shipping, is in my account. I'm incredibly disappointed.
