Lovely dress but terrible customer service and super super difficult to return items that weren’t suitable. They never responded to me about my return items as I had 30 days to return, didn’t hear from them so now I’m stuck with 2 dresses that don’t fit me. I’m so pissed off it’s like they exist for your purchases but ghost you on your returns when I emailed several times for my returns. Scammers
I placed the order for a dress on Belvari a month ago, I have not received my dress. No contact on when the dress is going be shipped. Do not buy this is a big-time scam.
