Berry Bouquets is my go to place to order beautiful and unique bouquets made of fruit. They definatly bring joy to the recipient . The service received is second to none. I honestly cannot recommend them more highly.
Beautifully put together
What an elegant and beautiful surprise!! I made my order from USA to surprise my fiance & his business partner on opening up their new shop. Their blessing for the shop is supposed to be today & due to our different timings i wasnt sure if i ordered it to be delivered on the right day. Very promt communication and responses from business put me at ease and as promised was delivered on time. I was already called with questions on who put this together and how beautiful the orders were. Nobody has seen this type of arrangement before and they are asking many questions about it. Thank you so much Berry Bouquets for representing me on this beautiful order presented to them.
Awful Customer Service
If I could give this company no stars, I would! I ordered two bouquets as thank you gifts and paid extra for a certain delivery date. Neither one of those bouquets came on the scheduled date and when I called customer services asking for my postage to be refund, nobody answered the call. To make it worse, I also paid extra for each bouquet to have a gift message card and neither of them showed up with the orders. I have emailed the company several times and had no response, as well as calling them and getting nothing back. They should not be ignoring me after I paid for 2 extra services they offered and neither were delivered, ruining the intended surprise I had planned.

I ordered a berry bouquet for my daughters birthday , it didn’t arrive on the day of her birthday and when it did finally arrive it was bruised and battered and I would have expected more fruit for a large bouquet .
The only way you can complain is by email .
Shabby service , send flowers instead
I tried contacting you while this was all going in but got the same email 3 times . Contacting you now is a bit like shutting the door after the horse has bolted !

What a wonderful gift
I received a Berry Bouquet as a gift. It arrived very well packed and was cold still due to the insulation and gel pack.
Then there's the fruit - strawberries, melon, grapes, strawberries dipped in chocolate, pineapple...all of which was top quality, fresh and very tasty. Once the fruit was consumed I'm left with a lovely metal container that I can reuse.

I found this site online and compared to a few others. This had the best shipping rates. They are upfront that they are busy and would take priority to pre-booked orders. So I sent in a pre-order for some chocolate strawberries. I gave them 2 dates of possible arrival. They chose the latter date as I was due to travel for the event we needed them for the next day. I was a bit worried as after purchase I received and email confirmation, but hadn't heard anything. I tried to call, but there is a message advising to use the chat or email. So I tried both. Early the next day I was sent a DPD delivery slot. The chocolate covered strawberries arrived with 2 ice packs one on top and one on the bottom wrapped in a cool bag. These were perfectly cold and fresh when they arrived. There is a notice advising to consume within 4 hours, but could last longer depending on how they were stored. They were beautiful and tasted even better. They lasted a few days and 2 long cars trips as well. The product is great. My only complaint is I like to speak to a customer service if I have a query, but that wasn't available. In that instance it would have been nice to just get an auto email advising when the item was being sent. Beyond that, this is a good small business with a good product.

The fruit was fresh and juicy and it was all arranged in a way that was visually stunning. I highly recommend Berry Bouquets to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful way to present a fruit platter. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely use Berry Bouquets again!
I got "Day After Next Day Delivery", poor quality and no customer service at all.
I chose Berry Bouquets because of their next day delivery guarantee, when ordered by 4pm. I ordered at 3.44pm on Friday and paid £9.99 for next day delivery between 9-6pm. It did not arrive on Saturday as guaranteed, it arrived on the Sunday, in poor condition and the order was incorrect. I did not request chocolate dipped fruit but this was done, and the fruit was perishing. Indicating it had been prepared and was waiting around to be delivered, it came late and fruit was substandard by then. A waste of £36.99. After waiting in all day Saturday, I had to run out in the evening buying fruit and prepared a fruit plater myself, we could have done without that added expense and stress on the day of an important event which the fruit bouquet was for. This also meant I arrived late for the actual event. Even worse, I've still had no reply to my email and request for a phone call so was forced to go via my bank to recover the costs.
**Update!**
I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Sam at Berry Bouquets on 1st June 23, apologising for what happened. She said they wanted to resolve this for me and offered a full refund and a complimentary fruit bouquet, which I accepted as she seemed very sincere. The delivery came on Sunday morning as arranged. I was offered the chocolate covered fruit to which I said no, but again it came with chocolate covered strawberries. That said, the fruit was fresh and tasty and the bouquet was beautifully made. Thanks for getting in touch Sam, I appreciate all that you did to resolve my complaint.

Very pleased with order ... strawberries dipped in chocolate ... delivered on time and very carefully and attractively presented ... can't wait to give to my daughter and grandson later today as a surprise treat. Although I live in Canada, I am tBerry Bouquets’s customer from last 4 year. I want to acknowledge their outstanding services that I received every time I order something. Recently, I placed an order for my daughter which suppose to be delivered after Easter holiday and there was last minutes date changes. Although, it was last minute request however they were able to help me and update the order date. I appreciate their best customer services. I will highly highly recommend their service and amazing/beautiful products.

I messed up delivery instructions resulting in a gift being disposed of. Entirely my fault. Berry Bouquets were brilliant and offered to replace and re-deliver the gift as a goodwill gesture. They didn’t need to do that but showed great patience and kindness to a careless old man. I will definitely use this company again.

I have used Berry Bouquets a number of times in the last year and all the recipients have been delighted with their unusual (more healthy) gift. "Delicious" and "scrumptious" are the words they've used. My brother managed to finish off all 24 chocolate strawberries in under 4 hours!! When there have been slight hiccups the sales team respond very quickly to emails and always make it right.

What a really great idea!
What a really great idea to produce bouquets of fruit and chocolate. I was looking for something a bit different and Berry Bouquets gave me that option. As a result of placing an order for Mothers Day, Sam contacted me and it was evident straight away that this company is committed and passionate in aiming to provide the 'WOW' factor for their customers and anything short of that is unacceptable to Berry Bouquets. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

Inedible fruits
Have complained and involved my bank, who ridiculously do not cover perishable goods but Citizen Advice have told me this case is very much covered by Consumer Rights Act 2015.
