All I can say is please avoid this company if you’re looking for something special and on time. I have a list of emails, online chats and they wouldn’t speak to me on the telephone despite asking them via email to call me over 10 times and telling them that I am visually impaired and emailing back and forth wasn't the best method of communication. Did they care - nope! So I would say not disabled friendly. I then had to take an afternoon off of work to try to sort out something with the courier who lied about delivering the goods only for Berry Bouquets to say this was now my problem and I had to deal with the courier by myself. I told them via email that I was contacting my credit card company and PayPal they then told me that they would also call the credit card company and say I was abusing them on email and online chat (I have screen shots of all communication) and that when they found out I had been lying about the delivery of the goods they would send me an invoice claiming for supposed abuse. I have every piece of correspondence logged. The courier has admitted liability now as the goods arrived over 3 hours late and the driver had lied about delivery as he was running late (I have all of this logged too) and when my son and the cast had taken receipt of it at 5PM (I had told them the recipient would not be available between 12PM - 5PM hence paying the extra £12.99 for delivery) there was juice leaking into the bag because it had taken so long - such a pity! Still waiting for management to get back to me - they say they’re too busy to speak to me - why take the order then? The courier said it can only deal with Berry Bouquets and that they can raise a claim against them…when I emailed this to Berry Bouquets they said they can’t claim the courier for perishables.
Still waiting for management to call me back after 4PM yesterday after they were supposedly going to speak to the courier themselves. Was sent an email this morning saying they wanted to resolve the issue (from what it would seem would be from a totally different person from yesterday going by the tone of the email and only after I had indicated I was going to publish a review)
What should have been a pleasant experience was ruined. Seriously disappointed in all of this I was hoping for an easy pleasant transaction as they were highly recommended to me by a large firm of solicitors who use them regularly and now I just feel seriously let down. I have had to raise a claim via PayPal. Customer care appalling - my only recommendation to you is please for your own sake, and sanity, go elsewhere as they have obviously taken on more orders than they can handle at this time and their excuse for not calling and not taking calls on their voice message is that they’re too busy. If Trustpilot had the facility for potential buyers to contact me to speak about my experience and to show you the correspondence I would show you in a heartbeat. I now await their response on here (hopefully it’s the nicer one and I don’t feel so threatened)
UPDATE: Berry Bouquets are now asking Trustpilot to contact me as they are saying this review is not based on a genuine experience - oh yes it is! All correspondence logged gratefully sent for verification

Replace missing Fruit Basket
I have ordered fruit baskets previously from Berry Bouquet and have never been disappointed. My most recent purchase was going to a hospital for a sick relative. This did not arrive. Berry Bouquet went out their way and sent a fresh one straight to my relatives home. Display was amazing, colourful and so tasty. This gave my family member such a lift.

With so many of my friends being all health conscious, the amazing fruit arrangements dipped in chocolates or on their own have been a huge success to the friends that I have sent their arrangements to. (Yes, I have used them on more than one occasion.)
They come as a surprise (to my friends) but are so very welcomed. The orders are fresh and beautifully arranged.

Ad a show stopping centre piece to your party
This was the second time we have used Berry Bouquets and they have been impressive to both adults and kids alike, both times there was nothing left as people thoroughly enjoyed eating them.
If you are looking for a statement piece for your party or celebration I would highly recommend them

Recently ordered a bouquet for my son doing well in his exams as he adores fruit. The display looked great but the fruit was quite ripe, I emailed to give feedback and the response offered a replacement. This came the following week and tasted great.

Had an Issue with an item and delivery but was resolved really quickly and satisfactory.. excellent customer service..
poor customer service initially…but since resolved
My issue was now sorted out by Sam ... who called me and explained and issued a refund. She was extremely apologetic and helpful. I will use them again as the products that we have received previously were excellent so I trust that any future issues will now be resolved quickly by them.
Hopefully this will be a one off issue.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Fruit Bouquet arrived and no idea who it was from as no gift card. Tried calling them, emailing and online chat never got back and they don't answer calls. Shocking, I am now embarrassed as I do not know who to thank.
