No customer service at all!
Being bulgarian living abroad wanted to get a watch from my home country became impossible. I had a talk at the end of 2021 with the dealer after I sent them an email requst I believe may even the be owner of the place since they called from private phone number not listed online. They assured me they will have me in mind and I should call back February 2022 when they will know the number of such watches for the year. I called 5 times over a week, sent them new email explaining that we have talked and such still no reply. I don't believe this should be the service when you are ready to spend tens of thousands of euros on a watch.
