These guys are great, very professional and responsive, both pre-order and post-order support.
The arcade I bought was top-notch and works flawlessly. All menus and options are there, very professional build, and all HW and SW options came as ordered. I highly recommend them if you are interested in getting a proper arcade machine that will last and will feel like an original arcade.

Had a problem with my Extreme arcade edition table top machine due to a fault within operating system.
I contacted Bespoke arcades and they promptly reverted with replacement hard drive which resolved fully the problem. Bespoke workshop engineer on video call, talked me throughout repair process.

So I got in touch with Phil, I explained what had happened with my old pc. He quickly put my mind at ease, and explained that they would recalibrate my light gun and controller to work with the new PC. I bought an Evo Play machine via a third party reseller (Home Leisure Direct) in June 2024 and then dealt with Phil at Bespoke afterwards.

Yes, there are cheaper machines available on the market but in my opinion, you get what you pay for and Bespoke offer outstanding value when you consider the quality of their product and aftersales service.

Phil provided clear communication, a friendly demeanor and was able to resolve all my teething issues, e.g. I had a SNES version of a game when I was after an arcade version.

I would recommend them highly.

I am really impressed by not only the arcade machine (NuGen 4 player stand up) but the ethos and customer service I received. Before committing to Bespoke Arcades I did a lot of research and it was abundantly clear this was the company to go for. Not only do they create great machines they clearly care about helping customers in all stages of the design process and more importantly the after care. They have also provided bespoke machines to a variety of big companies and interesting gaming companies which to me proves they are to go to people for something like this.
It’s been a hugely enjoyable project for me and my family and I a really enjoying the machine.

Amazing service from Luke. The buttons on my cabinet did not have the right assignments for a new GT2500 PC. Luke remotely connected to by machine and fixed the issue in 30 seconds. These guys are awesome.

Absolutely amazing experience with Phil and the team. They went above and beyond on everything from completely custom artwork to a bespoke finish. The quality is second to none throughout and everything works seamlessly. The aftercare support is also fantastic, with Phil going out of his way to address every question I had even weeks after the delivery. I would unhesitatingly recommend and they are the only company I would even consider for this type of item in future!

5* star review. Absolutely amazing service right from the start to the end of the process. Phil spent countless hours listening to my queries and I ended up with the perfect machine. I really couldn't be happier - the custom graphics on the cabinet right through to the bespoke carbon fibre finish. The quality of the finish is first class and you can tell these guys won't stop until they achieve that.

It's rare that I can spend this kind of money and consider it to be a bargain. You're not just paying for the machine but the peace of mind and satisfaction of getting the perfect machine and the lifetime aftercare.

I have recently taken delivery of an arcade machine for a special birthday. I cannot begin to say how delighted I am. From start to finish, the team at Bespoke Arcades have exceeded expectations.
Having researched the market, I realised they would be the guys to go to, and as luck would have it, they are based 15 minutes’ drive away.
The guidance and advice on options was comprehensive, patient and expert. There was no high-pressure sales. I was able to visit the showroom, try out the options and see units in various stages of production.
My machine was delivered ahead of schedule, the finish is first class. It has been customised my requirements and has the look and feel of a bespoke machine. It functions not only as a multi-gam arcade machine, but also as a sound system, pc and stunning piece of furniture in my living room.
As the capabilities are so extensive, it requires some personal tuition and fine tuning to get the most out of it and Luke has been excellent in that respect. All queries are handled in record time. A small hardware issue was taken care of in super quick time. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced, and there is not sudden loss of interest once they have your money, so to speak.
I am rarely inspired to write review but it would be criminal if the exceptional service I received from Phil, Ben and Luke was not published.

The team at Bespoke Arcade in my opinion are excellent. The service I received was professional, understanding, caring, informative and thorough making me feel that they thoroughly valued me as a client.

The Machine itself is a quality build, very strong, reliable and very robust and the customised graphics we requested are superbly done.

Delivery was arranged around my timeframe and I was kept informed on build progress and delivery progress something I really appreciated.

I had a couple of user issues and when I called both Luke and Phil were very supportive dealing with my issues immediately and thoroughly.

All in all a thoroughly pleasant experience and a great product with exceptional help and advice from Ben, Phil and Luke.

Bought my machine over 10 years ago. An issue just developed after 10 years of play, and Luke and Phil managed to fix it all for me within minutes by using Team Viewer. Great machine and great service.
