Can't thank the guys at Bespoke Arcades enough. From my first visit to delivery, they were very helpful, with a wealth of knowledge about gaming and what arcade machine would be best suited for me, after testing the machine on-site. Being able to play all my favourite games, from Mega Drive to Game Boy, from Amiga to arcade classics, the service has been top notch. Even an add on at the end, when I changed my mind, on getting an extra graphics card, was managed swiftly and without fuss. The guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as it should be and I recommend them highly. I can't tell you how amazing it is to be playing the classic arcade games, as many times as you like, without burning through money, when you are only half way through the first level!

I had Phil and the team made the bespoke machine for me 4 years ago, with some ideas which weren’t standard but they spent time and made all of them happened !!! Recently I moved my house and the control panel of the machine stopped working. The support you still can get them, even after 4 years of purchase, is amazing!!! This is the service I am expecting with bespoke purchases and the customer never feels left alone when there is issue. This is someone you can trust.

I did a lot of research before buys and chose these guys due to a call with them where I realized they were as passionate as me about great retro gaming (probably more). They help me specify every part and option and answer all my questions. The only reason it was not 5 stars was delivery could have been a bit cleaner and simpler and emails went missing. We got it in, unboxed it, and love it - solid contraction, good quality custom graphics, and everything as requested.

I took delivery of my GTX Stand Up machine around 3 months ago, and am thoroughly impressed with both the product and service provided by Bespoke Arcades.
I was given honest and helpful advice during the order/delivery process which was on time despite COVID.
The machine is exactly as described and works immediately with no requirements to set up.
I have since asked a couple of questions about the operation of certain games and received immediate solutions via e-Mail.

Phil and his team work tirelessly on my Terminator themed brief, creating a one of a kind machine for me which is truly outstanding! The after sales service has been 2nd to none. Nothing its ever too much trouble for them, and when I have had some technical issues they have always been prompt in logging into my machine to put things right. I cannot recommend Bespoke Arcades highly enough!!! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would be very happy to chat to anyone thinking of using them.

Hi ive owned the apex elite for 3 and half years now and I’m very happy with it the machine is professionally built all the game programs work i didn’t have to do anything I WASN’T DISAPPOINTED ,the customer service is excellent they’ve just updated my machine over the internet the same day I asked, they WANT there customers to contact them anytime if needed (its sometimes needed to update programs if you update windows) ive tried building my own with flat packs and would defiantly recommend getting the real thing these are no flat pack machines, i choose bespoke arcade because they looked like a company i could trust and I’m pleased to say they are ,its all top quality from the machine to customer service recommend 100 percent . 100 percent recommended. Ultra professional company providing brilliant products and service. Built a custom machine for me with 1000s of games and shipped it to Switzerland for a very fair price. Connected remotely and kindly set up some laserdisc games for me for free at my request after purchase. After sales support is exceptional and the quality of the machine is top notch. When my son brings his friends over it’s great to see them being amazed playing some of the games I grew up with as a kid. You can also plug in a controller and play AAA pc games using things like shadow or GeForce Now. Great purchase.

The world of Arcades seems to be growing like crazy and there are more companies out there offering Machines some of which aren't the best for quality of systems.

I can first hand say my whole experience with buying an Arcade from Bespoke has been the best buying experience I have had ever.

They kept me up to date with the progress of the build and the customisation options were incredible and when I wasn't sure about something or needed clarity they were always there to offer advice.

Ridiculously happy with my Arcade and the support I have received from Jack and Phil over at Bespoke. Genuinely couldn't recommend them enough as you will get a solid product and a great variety of games to go through.

I bought the Evo Media initially as I was new to Arcades but if you have the budget I ended up upgrading through their upgrade scheme to the Evo Elite which is the highest spec of components.

Incredibly helpful and informative people. Phil went out of his way to ensure we got what we wanted. He invited us in to their workshop and showroom. Delivery driver was excellent. And Eddy, the technical expert was so knowledgeable and thorough with the installation, it left us feeling grateful that we were dealing with the premier company in the industry

Purchased the Synergy table media arcade machine as a present for my husband. I explained I wanted an arcade table that played ‘Space Invaders’. What I got was the most awesome arcade machine that plays every conceivable game possible (literally 1000’s). My husband is over the moon and the envy of all his mates who are desperate to play.
They also did a personalised Star Wars graphic on the arcade table.
All the staff were so helpful explaining the technical bits to me and delivery was on time as promised.
Anyone after a retro looking arcade machine but uses modern technology to play literally 1000’s of favourite classics on all gaming platforms- look no further. Can also be a juke box too.

The whole process was amazing from the ordering process to the actual delivery of the most amazing machine. The delivery was great as it was delivered by a person who was invested in you getting the machine on time and with no issues.
The machine is fantastic the build and artwork is out of this world with the most amazing amount of arcade games you could imagine from the 80's to the more modern consoles.
Do not hesitate if you are considering buying one of these machines you will not be disappointed.

Unbelievably good in every way. Bespoke were so helpful with me getting the perfect machine and customising it to my taste. A really good bunch of people to deal with. It looks beautiful. And the amount of games and the speed in which they load is much better than I was expecting. It runs like a sleek dream. I don't know how it could be any better. I'm a seriously happy customer.

There was so much to think of and initially I didn't really know what I wanted but ended up getting exactly what I dreamed of thanks to the guidance and information provided by the Bespoke Arcades team who were brilliant from start to finish, providing lots of detailed information to help me make my own decision without any hard sell or chasing me to place orders. Very professional and friendly service both prior to and delivery including patient staff answering my many questions.
The arcade cabinet itself is amazing, looks brilliant and the selection of games available is mind blowing.
I took the plunge to buy one after years of consideration and it really is the best gaming system I have bought. To be able to load games in seconds, switch between systems in seconds and have tens of thousands of games at your finger tips for solo and multi player gaming is superb.
Absolutely love it and its the envy of all my friends who did enjoy a few nights play whilst lockdown rules allowed.

When I was a kid in the early 80s I loved going to arcades at the seaside. After school my friends and I would pile in to the Kebab takeaway or Chip Shop to play the arcade machines: Donkey Kong Jr, the fiendishly difficult Defender etc. But there was one machine which I was addicted to which was Millipede.

Recently I decided that I wanted my very own Millipede machine. However originals are exceedingly hard to find and I was worried that if it broke down I would not have a clue how to fix it or who to ask. So I decided to find a replica arcade machine which could play Millipede. However, my main requirement was that it had to have a trackball because I hate playing Millipede with a joystick. There are few replica machines which have a Trackball, but in my internet search I came across Bespoke Arcades.

I emailed Phil at Bespoke to enquire and he was so helpful. Nothing was a problem. After the first lockdown I went to visit the showroom in Potters Bar on a Saturday morning and met Phil. He set up Millipede on the Evo machine and as soon as I played it I knew I had to buy it. It was perfect and identical to playing the original machine with a trackball. I could also configure the fire button to the exact position I wanted it.

2 months later I took delivery of my very own Evo Media. I play Millipede and all my other childhood favourites: Pac Man, Dig Dug, Track and Field, Scramble, Galaga, Phoenix, Terminator 2 Judgement Day. The list is endless.

If you, like me, loved playing in the arcades as a kid and want to play the games again, then look no further than a machine from Bespoke Arcades. I am so pleased with my arcade machine and the after sales service from Phil and the team is impeccable. I really cannot rate this company highly enough. Anyway enough typing, back to the machine. I am in danger of being sucked into it like in the film Tron. Happy gaming!!

I recently purchased a multi-arcade machine from Bespoke Arcades, and I am genuinely thrilled with it. Starting with the purchasing process, they gave me a very personalised customer service experience which made me feel valued as a customer. I had a lot of questions about machine customisation and functionality which they were happy to explore with me and advise on. I added a spinner to their standard panel which was a great addition to get the most from certain games. I took delivery of the machine 2-3 weeks ago and it is really well constructed and looks great in my games room. The functionality of the software is excellent, and once you have the hang of it you can navigate the games menus very easily. The software also permanently retains all high scores on all games, which is a great feature. Control customisation is achieved using a mini android keyboard, which is supplied, works automatically via bluetooth, and is easy to figure out. The after sales service is also excellent, and I had a very fast and friendly response to resolve a simple query I had. Indeed, this is a company where the employees seem to love the products they make, so they are always happy to take time to discuss. There are other multi-arcade products out there, but there is nothing like standing or sitting at a cabinet like this where the game sounds throb inside, especially the bass, to transport you back to the magic of the 80s!

An excellent and very helpful company. As for the choice of games .. wow !
