Warning to potential customers and businesses working with Bespoke Frameless Glass. This company not only fosters extremely poor business practices, but does not support small businesses. We are still waiting on payment for an outstanding invoice for work provided in May ‘22, and all attempts at communication to collect payment have been completely ignored, or they have claimed ignorance. AVOID.

Beautiful glass balcony, easy company to deal with.

The bespoke frameless glass fitters knocked and badly damaged my neighbour's brick wall when they delivered my glass in March of this year. A section of that wall weighing several hundred kg now sits detached and precariously on its base. I have sent 18 emails and made multiple calls to try to get this resolved over the past 8 months. Despite repeated assurances, my neighbour's front wall continues to present a significant danger to passers by and indeed my two small children.

Excellent product looks fantastic highly recommend both the product such high quality and the service is second to none. If you are looking for glass panels this is the company to use.

All round a relatively satisfactory job although I had to get them back round to level up the glass balustrade on the landing as it wasn’t straight!. My biggest gripe is after spending £1,000s, the job is incomplete as after almost 2 months of chasing, I am still waiting for the caps to be powder coated. Not best pleased. Customer service could be better as well

We are thrilled with our sliding door for our new wet room. We new exactly what we wanted and the team at Bespoke Frameless Glass were able to deliver a solution which exactly met our requirements whilst also guiding us through the technical implications.

The quality of the screen is first rate. It’s heavy but opens smoothly and all components are robust, it feels luxury. All in all we’re very pleased with both the screen and the service.

We’re really happy with our glass Juliet Balcony. We’d been looking for a while before choosing Bespoke Frameless Glass. Service was always friendly and professional. There was a short delay before fitting but well worth the wait and we are really please with the end result.

I need some glass shower screen fitted to the bath and tile shelf to prevent water running on the floor. They came out and measured then fitted a glass panel. Very neat job. No fuss or problems.

Bespoke Frameless Glass installed a steel & glass balustrade as a replacement on our outdoor balcony. Despite a slightly non-standard installation (sloping parapet), they were able to offer a solution to fit, something another company had declined to do. BFG were a pleasure to deal with throughout, and kept us up to date during the design, ordering, and installation process. Very happy with the service.

Was a pleasure working with Bespoke Frameless Glass Ltd. We needed a 3 meter wide toughened glass partition to be fitted in our landing in order to allow light into our hall way. The shape was complex due to the pitched roof and many bespoke glass companies had refused the job due to how tricky it would be.
From the very first contact I had with Bespoke Frameless Glass, they were so understanding, patient, confident and reliable. Within a couple of weeks they were able to send a fitter to measure up and make a template and 6 weeks after he came and fitted it.
The glass now looks stunning and something we are so proud to show off.

We used BFG as they were the only local company prepared to make our glass balustrade to match our existing one. On the two visits necessary for the installation the two man team arrived on time and completed the work very satisfactorily. We are very pleased with the result.
