Thank you for your review, however i regret I am unable to investigate this case due to the lack of information provided. I can find no return request received recently stating equipment received does not work, in which case I am unsure why a review would be made without any initial request for us to investigate and resolve. Please can you contact our customer service team and we will ensure we deal with this matter for you asap.
We have now located the order and I have emailed you with a returns form. I can assure you that once the item is confirmed as faulty (rather than incompatible for your requirements) I will process a full refund.
Great service
Great service. The product I ordered was not on offer anymore, as the manufacturer stopped supply. Customer service called me to propose alternatives, including a return of the product I wanted, at a discount. I chose that option and within 2 days all was delivered and the discount refunded. Great!

Good customer service
I bought a Jabra headset and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately it was the USB-A version, not the USB-C version I had ordered. I let Best4Headsets know via their website and got a reply within an hour offering to dispatch the correct version immediately and collect the wrong one the next day. Within 24 hours I had the correct version which works brilliantly.

Honestly, this company is fantastic! Ordered item at noon on 23rd Dec and it arrived 11:30 on Xmas eve having paid a little extra for speedy delivery and phoned to check it was possible. Spoke to a helpful person who answered phone quickly. A hassle free transaction. Thanks!

Informative and efficient website. Prices very competitive. Order placed 23:50 on Wednesday and delivered 12:10 on Friday as per carrier's advised schedule. Parcel well packed.
