Great marketing. Bad product
Great marketing and advertising. But the product itself is not good. For me, at least, I’ve been breaking out with acne even after 4-5 weeks of use. I have to use a different product (what I normally use) to clear up the acne. The product also caused me to have a burning rash on the side of my face.
Just not anywhere near worth $100 (in my opinion).
I contacted the company to complain about this after just a couple weeks use. They asked me to continue using the products for at least a few more weeks as my skin was just “purging.” Well, I did, and my skin was no better.
I contacted them again to ask for a refund and they refused. They offered a 50% refund, if (get this) I returned the bottles (and PAID) for the shipping myself.
I explained that I no longer had the bottles because I used the entire product, per their prior recommendation that I do so before giving up on the products, and threw the bottles away. This did not change their mind and they have refused to provide a refund.
Probably the worst $100 I have ever spent.
Also, note their reply below:
1. They claim that the 30 day money back period expired. I asked for a refund after two weeks, but they refused, telling me to continue using the products while my face “purged.” Well, I did. And low and behold 30 days passed and they’re using that to refuse to provide a full refund.
2. They say they offered a free set of products. I took it because I trusted them that my face was indeed just “purging” and that I needed to use the products for 4-6 weeks. However, the continued use only made my face worse. Hence, why I asked for a refund.
3. They claim I “negated” to return any goods. Yes, because there are no goods to return! I used the products as they told me too (again, trusting them) but my face did not get any better. There simply isn’t anything for me to return to them.

It's not about the expenses when it comes to skincare. We prioritize our folks' skin health and will continue providing as much assistance as required to help them attain the best version of their skin.

My order was delivered impressively fast. The items are convenient to use and smell incredible. I've used Bettr before and it definitely helps keep my skin clear, especially when wearing a mask all day at work and working in warm spaces.

Need advice
Been using the Bettr kit for a week now.
Face has definitely been more smooth which is great.
I have never really had much acne ever.
But recently I have received slight red spots/acne on my cheeks. I now have more than what I originally did.

Fantastic products / packaging sometimes leak on arrival.
Fantastic products. My teenage son started using them as well. My only complaint is that sometimes the tube is leaky and have had two tubes of the facial cleanse arrive leaking. Also the label is difficult to read. Nonetheless I highly recommend this brand. I have been using them for about 9 months and have seen remarkable results.

Made my forehead breakout...
Wanted to like this, as I've been looking for a good skincare routine for a while. But, unfortunately, it's just not meant to be. After using the Bettr products for a while now, they continue to make me breakout. The pimples and acne have not gone away yet, either. Totally sucks.
UPDATE 12/25/21:
Breakouts still haven't cleared up. Be cautious when using these products. You may screw your face up.
UPDATE 1/4/21:
Forgot to mention that Bettr encouraged me to keep using the product for at least 4-6 weeks even though my skin was breaking out almost each time after use. At 4-6 weeks, if your skin is still getting worse, you can’t return the product as it’s past the 30-day window. Just something to keep in mind.

Enjoyed the moisturiser and serum but not the cleanser. The serum and moisturiser is light, scent-less and easily absorbed. The cleanser is too perfumery for my liking. May purchase the serum if on sale

The only skincare range I will use
I've tried a few skin care products over the years and basically resorted to using nothing because they all disappoint.
I decided to try bettr, and I love the facial cleanser and the moisturiser.
For the first time ever I have noticed an obvious difference in the softness and even tone of my skin.
I look forward to putting it on everyday and am now hooked.

Quality Skincare Regimen
I have tried Lumin, I have tried Disco men's skincare lines. After a week of using the complete skincare trio, I can honestly say this trio set is just that much BETTR! Quality products, clean ingredients, slick and clean packaging. Skin feels smooth and refreshed, moisturized all day without greasy feeling. Took a few weeks to receive products in mail as I live in Canada. Customer service was excellent with followup on queries. All in all very impressed and will order again. Hoping to see Bettr expand their products, would be nice to have and under eye cream, exfoliating cream or mask, and body wash. Look forward to seeing what Better has in store moving forward.

It has been a month already and still I didn't receive my order. However, I really appreciate that the company, from the very first moment, came in touch with me to help by telling me what happened with the package and that is delayed because of Covid-19 precautions.
