Defective Product and Extremely Slow Customer Service
I received a defective thermostatic mixing valve. Customer service has been extremely slow to respond and has repeatedly shifted responsibility to the manufacturer instead of resolving the issue. As a result, my project has now been delayed for more than a week and a half. Despite multiple exchanges, the problem is still not resolved. I expected a much higher level of customer service and support.

This is a great online shop where you can find a lot of useful things for equipping your home fully. Recently I moved to a new flat and I was confused about where I should buy all the things because I didn’t know anything about it and usually all flats where I have lived were already equipped before my move.
Then somehow I stumbled upon BilligVVS online shop and after visiting the website I understood that I should buy what I need for my new home here. I bought a panel oven, vacuum cleaner, table, armchairs, lamps, cables and wires and other accessories on this website. I was really surprised by the cheapest prices and how easy it was to order everything even though I have never used this online shop before. The delivery time was pretty fast and all goods they delivered were high quality and without damage.

Absolutely a scam website, I ordered a shower head online, paid and never received the item. I contacted customer service and was told I could cancel due to not being in stock. I said I would cancel and then told I was not able to cancel as the goods have been shipped. I still have not received anything. I called the customer service and was told that it was outside of operating hours, which made no sense as I called at 10 in the morning on a Friday. I called back and chose to speak to sales, was connected to someone and they found my case. After some discussion I chose to cancel my order, I was told it would be cancelled and sent an email. Have not received anything. Be very careful ordering from them, I have reported this case to the authorities. I have also looked into the parent company of this website and they have a terrible credit score and have many inkasso cases against them, mostly from transport companies DB Schenker and Postnord. Do not trust this website, order from Megaflis instead

You sent the package wrong
You sent the package wrong. Its stick in the pick up box and says i have no access to pick up and to contact customer service. First I lost the long weekend unable to work past the project as i had planned...
Its going to be a total waste of my time having to contact customer service at posten to sort out the problem you caused. Thanks
I have to wait til Tuesday to call them... I have no idea what the problem is. Im sure you made a mistake with it. I paid 150 kr for a 200 kr article and this is how it ships?
