I run prescription Mounjaro and have a year's baseline on research Semax and Selank from other suppliers, so I know precisely what these feel like at dose. A full week in, full protocol, full doses: nothing. Not "subtle." Nothing.
On your points: I never disputed the COA was genuine — I disputed that it tests what you sold me. SN-RETA-B2601 ≠ BSUK002. You can call that "supply chain practice," but a Certificate of Analysis that doesn't carry my vial's batch number certifies nothing about my vial. That's the entire point of a batch number.
And you confirmed in writing the finished product wasn't independently tested until after I complained — while the site advertised "independently lab tested, 99%+ HPLC verified." That's the issue.

For anyone reading this - the full context is as follows. This customer used the products over 4 days by their own admission and then requested a full refund whilst refusing to return any goods. As a gesture of goodwill we offered a full refund upon return of the products - a more than fair resolution. This offer was declined. The customer instead insisted on retaining the goods AND receiving a full refund simultaneously. No business - online or otherwise - operates on that basis.
Our independent lab results from the 19th May are due imminently and will be published publicly. We stand fully behind our products and look forward to sharing those results shortly.
