We had Aziz complete a legionella risk assessment for our dental practice. He was professional and so friendly. Knowledgable and a real credit to the company. It was easy to book an appointment and the customer service has been faultless. Would highly recommend.

Report completed on our property, told on the report that there was a dead leg underneath sink in Kitchen. The report cost £185. On the back of that report we contacted a plumber who came out and disconnected a pipe that he thought was the dead leg but in fact fed the dishwasher. He charged us £350 and we are now waiting on his return to reconnect the pipe. So now we know there is no dead leg underneath the sink and another plumber has told us how could the assessor know that there was a dead leg by a visual inspection only. This company has cost my mom, a pensioner, a lot of money on the back of an incorrect report. Very poor!!

Aziz has visited us before for a Legionella Risk Assessment and today to conduct our Fire Risk Assessment. On both occasions he has been very friendly, personable, professional and very knowledgable about both areas. He is also very approachable and I feel I can ask him anything and be totally honest with him also.

We had Gary Jackson as our assessor at our GP practice- he covered 3 areas of assessment and was very knowledgeable!
