Today, our company had its annual Legionella risk assessment completed by Aziz Ur Rehman from Bison Assist. He was extremely polite, thorough, and professional throughout the process.

Not only did Aziz perform the risk assessment meticulously, but he also took the time to clearly explain the requirements and relevant legislation, even directing me to useful guidance on Legionella compliance. Additionally, he showed great respect for our company's food, health, and safety site standards, ensuring full compliance at all times.
