Why can't I withdraw my NGN from your app, everyday no matching and I'm fed up...and those P2P in your app were dubious just imagine wanted to trade BTC of 100 USD for 14 USD who does that..

The bitfada app is awesome, but they should work in their withdrawal as it is currently not working now,I can't see my naira sale trade and their admin is not functional when it comes to deciding trades. I entered a trade dispute and it was unresolved since 5 days ago

It's good company but I can't make withdrawal where i reach the minimum

I have some funds but I was ask to verify before my withdrawal. I have finished my registration but it's almost 1week now my ID is still on pending verification. I wrote support but no reply.
Support not working.

Bitfafa is nothing but a scam. Requested for withdrawal of just $5 and it's been almost a week. Nothing. No money, support literally not working.

is so hard to believe Bitfada wants to ruin there long time built reputation, they have blocked me from telegram and twitter because I tried to withdraw my own fund which I deposited,

the team are not transparent thereby, no client support and there is no trust on this exchange now, not even there BTD worth a thing, I wonder why such a platform should start acting like scammers, after building a big reputation.

I still don't trust bitfada for someone to deposit huge capital on the platform. My friend's 50k naira during btc withdrawal was held in the wallet for 8hrs, meaning all transactions are not automatic and is being approved by one person(the admin). So is likely possible the admin might decide not to approve the transaction and ban you from there service the way they ban me from their telegram group for asking questions to be sure where I'm putting my money into. None of their customer service want to explain anything to you, instead they will say you are bringing bad energy to the group and will not tolerate that. Which means they a scam just waiting for the right time to execute their scam plan.

And base on their contact address, is showing USA address but no single USA customer there or even USD p2p page, nothing posted there. And again they put USA address as their contact address but are using Nigerian phone number on their Play Store android app contact details meaning bitfada is owned by a Nigerian not for a good purpose but to defraud people hugely in the long run. As long as they are able to ban me from their telegram group same way they can take your money and nobody to report to, the deposit wallet goes to one Cryptocurrency address and same as withdrawal. The intention of this site is not to be a legit market P2P market. I need them to explain to the public where their business is registered, Is it Nigeria or USA?
