Items never shipped. Had to contact credit card company to pursue a refund.
I placed an order on 10/24. On 10/29, I received an email indicating they created a shipping label and the order was on the way. On 11/10, I sent bluebyrdsoaps an email inquiring about the shipment because the USPS website still indicated "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item". I did not get a response. I sent another email on 11/13 and did not receive a response. I tried calling the number on the website but it was to another business. I. had to go through my credit card company to pursue a refund.
