Super experience. I'd to repair and ebike and to some upgrade to my kid's bike. They taken care about it, checked the different options and provided a quick and effective support.
Product was never delivered, due to faulty shipment. Product has been returned to shipper weeks ago and I still did not receive the refund that was prommised by customer service.
