I use them all the time. There is a parking spot right outside my house which is ideal. Hop on a bike and cycle into town. I've had very few issues. Only once was the motor broken. Sometimes some of the bikes are not charged but there is always another bike that is fully charged. No complaints from me.

I ordered a pair of Richa motorcycle boots via ebay from Bolt Bikes at a very competitive price which unfortunately were just too small. Dan couldn't have been more helpful in offering several alternatives in the next size up, again, at a very competitive price. Highly recommended. Great to find an independent shop with someone who knows what they are talking about. 👍🏻

Very bad experience. The bikes would not accelerate and was like a tonne of bricks. I raised the issue and asked for a refund.The customer team was not forthcoming and claimed that the speed was set to the lowest mode. It does not make sense to me because I have used ebikes a lot but it was never as hard to cycle, especially up a hill. Obviously not recommended.

Dangerous vehicles and misleading marketing

I am very pleased with the customer service received from Bolt Bikes. The item I was after was out of stock but the sales team were very helpful in sourcing the item from the distributor and keeping me updated on the status by telephone and email. I would definitely look to buy from this company again.

A really good experience!
I have no hesitance what so ever in recommending Bolt Bikes. Dan is a very patient and highly competent salesman who knows what he is talking about. After about a week of (very prompt) e-mail communication, we found exactly the clothing I needed, and it was sent immediately. Upon receival, I found that the trousers were too long for me (even though they were regular length), and Dan accepted my return and exchange right away. Cudos from here ... I will definitely be ordering from Bolt Bikes again.

Order online out of opening hours
On the next day 1st thing in the morning got a call to say there would be a delay as they were closed on the monday and would need to order in some products
Great that they called and was given an estimate on delivery that was actually a day early
