The trip to Blackpool was really lovely & it was well organised I must say & the price was good value for money too. Enjoyed every moment of it.

Excellent, well organised trip with a personal touch. Yogesh bhai and his wife Falguni made sure that everyone was comfortable and happy throughout the trip- lots of laughter and created lively atmosphere.

We used them for a coach trip, it was well organised and we thoroughly enjoyed it, can't wait for the next one.

24 hours after arriving on our family holiday in Montenegro, which as always was expertly booked by Bolton Travel, we heard the devastating news that the country had been put on the UK Red List! We were in an absolute panic, unsure of what to do, all I could think of was to immediately contact Sebi at Bolton Travel and ask for help. All I can say is that both he and his colleague Prashant moved heaven and earth to help us arrange our return to England. In addition the family and I were able to enjoy what few days we had in beautiful Porto Montenegro, as they took care of all our documentation and form filling, of which there is plenty in the current climate! I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart Sebi and Prashant, you went above and way beyond!!! Forever grateful.

Sebi was amazing . He upgraded us free of charge to the Spa suit at the Rixos Premium hotel in Dubrovnik. It was amazing . Great experience overall from Bolton travel. Will definitely use them again.

Hi have been working sebi for almost 2 years now, and I couldn’t imagine traveling without his assistance. He is literally the best I have ever come across. He is always available to reply to messages, help us at any given point even in the night, each time looks for the best deals for us. During COVID he has seen several routes and had relentlessly ensured we get out of Bombay. From passenger locator forms to hotel reservations help, literally from A to Z he has done it all. And am so grateful for his help & efficiency.

Great local company. Cant fault

Sebi the agent is excellent and takes control of all the arrangements. He got me the best price and I can confirm that as I independently got prices to check and he was cheap. Not only that he arranged the whole trip and checked me online with my flights and sent me the boarding tickets and arranged my transfer. Nothing was a problem to arrange with Sebi and he was always happy to help and very polite. I highly recommend him and will arrange more trips with this company.

Excellent personalised service by Sebi taking care of our every needs from the minute we left noon a 2 week tour of Japan .
Sebi proactively checked us in on both international and domestic flights and arranged ground transfers throughout our trip all done without any reminder or prompting from us .

Sebi booked our holiday to South America this year. Every hotel in Chile, Bolivia, and Peru was amazing. The trips were varied and interesting. We were a big group, yet Sebi was able to make sure the whole holiday went according to plan. Every problem we encountered, small or big, was dealt with efficiently and swiftly by Sebi. A truly unforgettable trip. It was fun for the whole family! Even though I was the youngest, aged 16, and some people in our group being almost 70, everyone found something they loved.

We have just returned from a 3 weeks trip to South America. It was a very special trip taking us from Rio to Igguasu falls and then crossing to Peru Amazon rainforest and Machhu Pichhu. We ended by travelling in Bolivia and seeing amazing Salt plains. Entire trip was meticulously planned and executed perfectly by Sebi and his team in Bolton travels. It is an achievement itself to co-ordinate multiple picks up, hotel bookings and internal flights. Entire service was bespoke and of very high standard. Bolton travels also provided us with 24/7 what's app support which is not provided by any other specialist travel agencies. I used Bolton Travel (Yogesh) to book my Holiday to Bali and have to say from start to finish the service was excellent.The driver was waiting for me at the Airport and took me to my Hotel he even gave me a local preloaded SIMM card so I could contact him any time he was available 24/7.Without this excellent service I would never have seen the Island to the extent that I did. I was extremely pleased as I also got a text from Bolton Travel when in Bali checking that my holiday was going as planed nice touch. Will be using and recommending Bolton Travel to all my friends in future.

We just came back happy and contended travellers from month long South America trip which was custom made, well organised and perfectly planned trip. We just completed our wonderful trip through Peru and Brazil, perfectly organised by Sebi and his team from Bolton Travel.
Nothing was too much of an effort in organising our trip, they made it a great pleasure.
We had 7 flights and 2 long and 1 very long train ride and every time the pick-ups were there on time and our guides were there to show us the best of the area we were in at that moment in time .

First time of using this company and yes as agreed with the other reviews they were reliable and turned up when they said they would. However the reason for only 3 stars is that although the driver was pleasant enough on the way to our destination he was extremely rude on the way back. To the point I stated I was going to report him and his response was 'I don't care report me I'm really not bothered' if anyone from Bolton travel should care to get in touch with me regarding the 'incident' I'll be happy to explain even though it seems your driver isn't bothered somebody should be.
