Returned clothing as none of it fitted
Measurements sizing, and quality all wrong.

Boohoo received my returns nearly 18 days on 9th June 2026. Was advised my refunds would be returned to me by 2nd June 2026,just got another email saying my refund will be with 18 June 2026. Almost a month later I returned the items. They are not adhering to their policy. They simply don't care.

You can't phone as there no contact and thoes people hind behind emails hoping you would go away.

They shouldn't be trading nor be in business.

This is discusting. It got to a point I had to send all emails, onto Trading Standars just to get my money back.

I returned two items to Boohoo used Clearpay to purchase thinking what could go wrong, answer everything. Every day is a daily nagathon to get my money back.
Will I touch the Boohoo brand again, which includes Debenhams, Wallis and many other brands or use Clearpay to buy clothing again, not now not ever. To get my money back and my clearpay account corrected looks like it will take nearly a month. Badly run organisation who is very quick to take your money

Dishonest company. Avoid them

Order DUX048723529 – Refund never received

I returned an item to Debenhams on 18 December (£120) and never received the refund. Despite over 20 messages with customer service, I was repeatedly told the refund had been processed — it wasn’t. No money was ever credited to my account.

Boohoo Group has turned Debenhams into a dishonest company with terrible customer service. The process is flawed, support is ineffective, and resolving a simple refund takes an unacceptable amount of time and effort.

Not worth the stress. Avoid.

Horrific service

I ordered a few items, one of which was damaged. I tried to reach out via email to raise this and how I go about a return but I never received a reply. I then managed to figure it out myself online and sort it. I returned the item and got an email to notify me that the return is being processed and the refund should be with me in 4 days, it is now 7 days and still no sign of the refund. I reached out via whatsapp but kept getting vague automated replies providing no helpful information at all. I asked to speak to a manager and got a further automated response totally ignoring my request! Do not deal with unless you want a load of stress.

Would rate this 0 stars if there was an option I would avoid at all costs in retuned an order on 09/07/25 and yet to have a refund. They have confirmed it was refunded on 15/07/25 but hasn’t gone back I will be seeking advice from citizens advice and trading standards as they ignore all emails. Have been assured refund would be issued before 30/07/25 and here we are and no refund disgraceful and ignore all communication I have made with you telling me lies

Shocking disgusting service and you have the cheek to say several times you’ve said refund is on the way really when I was told by today at latest I have proof of that. I want to make a complaint as your customer service is foul. You’ve processed the refund on the 15/07/25 you’ve told me by 30/07 it’s the 02/08/25 today so why wouldn’t I be back filthy robbers stealing peoples money hope your proud of yourself sickos. Contacted on messages and was told refund would be back by 24/07/25 so where on earth is my money? Disgrace and speaking to citizens advice who are telling me to log with trading standards

Love boohoo men’s. They have a great choice of selections to choose from and trendy sophisticated wear. Patricia F. was great in customer service. I received a set and the pants were missing she went ahead and issued me a full refund.

DON’T buy anything here!!
I returned a package (which you need to pay yourself), but the package got lost! Now I have to pay the cost of the return AND the dress. It’s crazy, I’m so mad. They don’t handle this like professionals. I’m never buying here again. No product, but still have to pay for it, crazy.

I love boohoo

I love boohoo, the clothes are lovely and reasonably priced and the customer service is amazing. I messaged them today as I had an issue with my order and they replied straight away and sorted it out for me. Highly recommended 😊

Wrong shipping Address

Purchased some new clothing at boohoo US website and I immediately realized I forgot to put my apartment number tried to switch it through the website but it keeps saying once it's placed theres nothing they can do. I contacted them through whatsapp and Jade responded within an hour and got to pop in my apartment number before it gets processed! Jade re-assured me not to worry and it's all settled. You're a star Jade!
