They were very professional and did what what they promised to do. They will explain every bit of what you are going to face. The co ordinator Nour was very nice and she will respond to any messages or calls immediately. I was very pleased with her. She made sure that transportation was booked all the time I need a transport or transfer. Booking health is organised and professional. At first when I contact them, I thought it was a scam. I start to have a peace of time when I was on the flight to Germany and when I phoned the Drive before I left, he told me that he will be waiting. I finally concluded that it's real until I was in the taxi heading to my hotel and on my way to my hotel, the driver was nice enough to pass by the hospital and it was exact what was on the pictures and correspondence sent by Booking health. Yes I will recommend Booking health to anyone seeking a medical attention in Germany.I am hopping for a total recovery.

I booked medical check ups for my family in Germany in the summer of 2023 through Booking Health. What a mistake it was. Julia Meinhard and Natalie Korner are fantastic girls on the phone of BookingHealth who are brilliant in selling you “financial transparency”, “highest level of service”, “work with only verified top doctors”etc etc. This is far from the truth. BookingHealth confirmed me in writing very specific high-level doctors, but on the day of the visit instead of some of them we were offered completely different lower level doctors I would never go to in the first place. There was no prior notification about that from BookingHealth whatsoever. BookingHealth told me it was an accidental replacement by the in the very last moment. Pure lie. I checked myself with the reception, appointments with these doctors were actually never booked. 

I had multiple doctor visits and tests by my family members. All of that was listed with just one fee quote for each family member. On my request to break it down, BookingHealth girls did everything to persuade me that it will take more than two months to collect detailed financial data from the company. But they promised that they will provide detailed financial information after the visits and all will be transparent and clear. Not true. After 2-3 months after my visit I received confirmation that BookingHealth car return under 100 euros. My estimation is that they deceived me by not returning in the range of 15-20k euros on services that were contracted, but not provided.

If you still decide to use BookingHealth for whatever reason, take your own care to request the results of all your tests, doctor reports, recipes etc etc directly from the clinic. Leave to the clinic your e-mail address where this information can be sent. I received everything from the clinics the same day or within the next 3 days. I received the same information from BookingHealth in 2-3 months after multiple reminders. Another important thing, each doctor had his/her contact details on each report and encouraged us to contact with any questions or follow-up issues. When I received the same reports from BookingHealth, they were the same but all contact information of the doctor and clinic were erased. We would have to go through BookingHealth for any follow up and that would take months, based on how BookingHealth works.

Final word of caution - interpreters. BookingHealth told me they have their own professional interpreters, competent and verified etc etc. Of the 3 interpreters that we were provided, one was good and 2 other were really nice individuals, but completely incapable of translating anything. BookingHealth could not provide any replacement. We were lucky that all our doctors spoke English and we interacted directly without interpreters. What would happen if we did not speak English or some German doctors did not speak English??? As it turned out, none of these 3 interpreters worked for BookingHealth. They were all subcontracted by BookingHealth from time to time, another lie.

I am trying to understand if BookingHealth is unprofessional or unethical or pure fraud? I don’t know, but be careful.

Everything was very well organised as described in the contract. Tanja helped us with arranging the appointment in the hospital. Hishem was following up with all details and the trip. Afsaneh was very kind, helping us with everything in the hospital, also translating to the medical stuff. Thanks team for your efforts!

Do not trust!

Booking health should not be trusted. A family member of mine paid upfront for medical treatment and when this didn’t go ahead they refused to reimburse.
Apparently their ‘contract’ means they do not need to reimburse for services that didn’t take place.

The employees were all nice and helpful. They have been always ready to provide information and/or assistance. I have asked for the financial breakdown of the costs which will be provided in order to operate with the required level of transparency.

Communication was great, with quick response time to any questions.
Travel and accommodation was organised well.
Friendly staff.
They found me an appropriate treatment that, with luck will keep me going for some time.

I was delighted with the help given to myself and family members when I needed to travel between clinic and airport, with Hishem and Mr Murat helping sort out a serious travel problem for us, at short notice, during a rail strike. Also very happy with introduction Booking Health made for me with a good medical clinic (thanks Kate).

Extremely trustworthy, caring and professional organisation. Kate, Nadiia, Yusef, Afsaneh and Klaudia all provided excellent services and are genuinely kind, caring people. They made a daunting experience of having surgery in another country so much better and I felt safe and cared for at all times. I cannot speak highly enough of this organisation and its employees.

We were very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Our communications with Booking Health were excellent. Nadia (Booking Representative) was super efficient, responsive, helpful and re-assuring. She checked-in with us regularly to ensure everything was going well. Munira (translator, guide, assistant) made things very easy; the logistics were prefect and she was really helpful, pleasant, courteous and understanding. I would recommend here very highly. The Beta Klink is bright and spacious, and all the staff in Neurology were most helpful, efficient, friendly and kind. They responded very well to our situation and took care of our needs. The treatment was bespoke and was done in a very thorough manner. Decisions were clearly evidence based and carefully considered. Meeting Prof. Dr Elger was a privilege and inspiration. He took great care and was generous with his time. He is a good listener and took a holistic approach - dealing with lifestyle and well-being and not just medication. It's great to know we have the back-up of caring, dedicated and compassionate experts.

Bookinghealth managed to make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. They are constantly in contact with you every step of the way, they managed to find the best possible doctors in the field. They are available 24/7 for any inquiry or problem especially after my operation in case I needed to contact the doctor or hospital. Overall I would say they are a bit on the pricey side but it was worth it to get the best possible service, thanks to a great team!

The organisation and attention to detail are great. However, service prices are very very expensive and need to be reevaluated in order not to lose customers in the future.

We are a charitable organization to help the sick. Thank you, Brother Hisham, on behalf of Mrs. Bensassi Aziza, and the efforts of Mr. Mansour Shannaq, as well as Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Anas Shannouki, for all the new support. Treatment and return to the homeland. Do not forget to ask all the sick and check on their condition while they are inside the homeland

My father was guided through his treatment all the way! I wasn’t able to be there, so there was a translator, a driver and the doctors did their best.
Before travelling to get his treatment I was in contact with Booking Health personnel, who really kindly described everything and helped step by step!

The team of Booking health is very professional, supportive and sympathetic during the whole period of my father treatment in Frankfurt.

UPDATE APRIL 2024:

In the 4 months since I posted my review and the 2 months since I provided my update, Booking Health have continued to ignore my requests to speak to someone.

I have spoken to various people from Booking Health by telephone and, despite being promised a call back, I still haven't received one. I have also sent approximately 30 emails to Booking Health requesting a refund and access to my wife's data and this continues to be ignored.

Despite failing to respond to any of my calls or any of my emails, Booking Health have taken the time to contact Trust Pilot and request that my posts be removed. Sadly for Booking Health I have evidence of each claim I have made against them and Trust Pilot have agreed my review of them is entirely factual.

Since my last review, I have, as promised, reported Booking Health to the Data Regulators in Germany and they have confirmed they will be investigating my concerns further.

I have also reported Booking Health to Police in Germany who were very interested to hear about my wife's case and they have commenced an investigation into Booking Health and their CEO who, incidentally, isn't who she states she is on the companies profile. This should be an immediate red flag to anyone wishing to use Booking Health.

Police in Germany have, in the last couple of weeks, informed me that this case has now been passed to the prosecutors office; as Booking Health have refused to process a refund, this is criminal matter and blatant theft and I look forward holding Booking Health accountable for that.

I will be updating my review weekly, so the Trust Pilot community and potential 'customers' of Booking Health (and its owner Elena Sergeeva) can be fully aware of how this organisation treats people with critical and terminal illnesses.

UPDATE:

In the two months since writing this review, Booking Health have contacted me to acknowledge my wife is due a refund from them, however, they have refused to pay this. They are now ignoring all phone calls and all emails.

Booking Health have also refused to respond to a Subject Access Request (SAR) from us, despite being asked for this on over 20 occasions.

We have reported Booking Health to the Commissioner for Data Protection and to the Police in Germany.

If you are ever considering using this company, please look at their negative ratings as it gives a more accurate insight into how this organisation behaves; They are operating a fraud on an industrial scale.

The hospital my wife attended in Germany has been in contact to confirm the TOTAL cost of her treatment is £390; Booking Health have charged her £83,000.

Our lawyers believe that due to the amount of people this company have defrauded, it meets the threshold of a class actions case.

If anyone who has been the victim of Booking Health is interested in discussing this further then please get in touch through email.

The police in Germany are also interested in hearing as much evidence as possible from anyone affected by one of Booking Health scams.

This is a scam – avoid Booking Health at all costs.

They will lie to you, take as much money as they can from you and then ignore you in the hope that you simply go away.

My wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer and 2 months to live in September. We were contacted by booking health who promised her an operation in Germany that would save her life.

We were charged £83,000 for this and when we arrived at the hospital the medical team confirmed that they had no such conversation with booking health about an operation.

My wife was discharged after a couple of days in hospital at the end of September, without having an operation.

We haven’t been refunded anything from booking health despite making several requests. For three months now all they have done is avoid us.

I have evidence of all my communications with booking health, all the lies and all the promises; I would happily share with anyone considering using them. We will also be sharing these with the Police and authorities in Germany.

The level of deception, exploitation and, as was the case with one representative from Booking Health, intimidation they will use on someone with cancer is shocking.

Please do not use this company. It is healthcare fraud on a cruel and significant scale.

The BookingHealth helped and provided us with everything from picking us from the airport to send us to the clinic. It was all convenient and we had nothing to worry about. The service was super. Special thanks to our interpreter for German to Arabic, Mr Ahamad for making sure and not leaving us until the treatment is not yet done and caring for the patient. To our driver, Yusuf who’s always on time on picking us up and providing the transportation. Most especially to Hamza for making sure to answer all our questions and for the assurance of the service we get and for a smooth communication.
