UPDATE:
This review is likely false and may have been posted by our competitors for several reasons:

1. It is impossible to steal someone’s account without direct access to their email.
2. It is impossible to ban a customer’s friend’s account.
3. We could not locate any corresponding order, and our attempts to contact the reviewer via Trustpilot went unanswered.

If your account was compromised or banned due to our services, we would be more than willing to investigate and, of course, issue a refund if there was any wrongdoing on our side. Changing an account’s password is impossible unless you provided direct access to the email address (which no one knows) associated with the account outside of our service. We would appreciate more details about how this might have happened, since the booster couldn't even know your email address, let alone have direct access to it.

It’s also important to note that it is not possible for a booster acting through Boosteria to ban your friend unless your friend made a direct deal with that booster outside of our service and granted them account access. If your friend was affected in any way, please encourage them to contact us directly so we can investigate further.
