Borthwick installed a condensing boiler which initially worked until it had its first service by another company.The boiler would not come back on after service and it was noted that it had been wired up wrongly.eventually after half an hour it came back on and worked .We contacted Borthwick who told us to email the problem which we did and no response. I eventually found on google a way to report a fault and received a phone call the following day. I have never spoken to the most rudest unprofessional disrespect ful man like this before. He interrupted me constantly when i spoke humiliating me by saying i wasn’t telling him what he wanted I was trying to but he didn’t listen and interrupted me when i was trying to speak, i told him he was doing this an he became quiet aggressive towards me and said that he would not send out an engineer. Borthwick I think you need to be careful who you employ who speak to customers this way

We were impressed by the three workers, Liam, Phil and Harry who attended our property to carry out the work. They were friendly and very polite and respected our property, and tidied up after themselves too. We couldn't of asked for a better team. Also we were kept informed by the company as to what was going to happen along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Got wall cavity insulation via a government scheme. The lads arrived early, were friendly and got on with the job briskly. Finished all 3 external walls in around 3 hours and left the yard tidy. Happy days.

Brilliant job replacing boiler and replacing insulation in loft and walls. Thomas and Alex did the boiler and heating and last night we could really feel a difference as radiators were hottest they've ever been. Harry Liam and Phil did the insulation and they did a great job. Both teams just cracked on after arriving bang on time - really friendly lads but professional too. Frost outside this morning but house toasty warm. Thank you so much

Recently had cavity wall installed. Great service from start to finish. Good communication via text / email. Very friendly guy that came and done the survey. The 3 lads that came to do the job were friendly and hardworking done the job in a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend borthwick group.

Lovely bunch of lads, very polite got straight on with there job and finished withing the time they said. Explained everything they were going to do and how also.

Receiving unsolicited calls daily, sometimes twice per day from a mobile number; each day number increasing by 1x digit, so, 07451269036, next day 07451269037 etc. Started mid-30's now up-to 50. Called one number from a work phone and got through to "Borthwick Group". The person i spoke to laughed when i explained the issue, then after apologising advised to call back on the number receiving the calls to stop them. All seems very unprofessional at best, extremely suspicious at worse.

Would like to thank Borthwick company for dealing with a minor issue on my boiler a very helpful lady called Jess dealt with the issue put me in contact with service manager they arrived at 8am very polite guys did an amazing job cleaned up afterwards everything was dealt and sorted in less than 24hrs very impressed with this company professional from start to finish would highly recommend them big Thank You to all the team

I have had a air source heat pump installed Monday to Wednesday this week. A 6kw Daikin heat pump system was fitted replacing my old gas boiler system. The team which consisted of 2 electricians and 2 plumbers removed the old kit and replace all the radiators with bigger ones due to the lower temperature the heat pump puts out. The Job was completed by Tuesday evening with the system being commissioned on Wed morning. The guys removed all their kit and cleaned up.

The system works well with good heat and all the hot water I need in a day.

The guys were great getting on with the job and were cheerful with some great banter.

The air pump system is working great and is keeping the house warm and toasty.

Borthwick group are first class and fitted cavity wall insulation upgraded the ventilation before Christmas and if funding allows will be fitting solar panels this year.

Very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, attitude and puctuality of the Borthwick employees that I encountered personally and also by email, SMS and phone calls. From my initial application for GBIS through to completion of cavity wall insulation everything went like clockwork. Work completed without delay, everything left clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.
