Easy Boiler Service
Arranged boiler service after 12 months of new boiler usage. Easy to arrange, message from Engineer a week in advance to give me an exact time. On the day arrived as promised. Did the service with no drama. Very pleasant man who was neat and tidy and job done. And our cats liked him! All good.

Second experience with Boxt. Good communication throughout, and installers arrived as promised. Worked through changeable weather to ensure job was completed on time. Booking process was very simple, and would use this company again. Both installers work was very clean and tidy. No mess was left at the end of the install.

The engineer who serviced my boiler was very good and very polite the service was done he left but the boiler lost pressure I pressureised it but it lost it again I found it difficult to get in touch still waiting

Very helpful and polite lady Madison gave competitive phone quote. Rang to go ahead and booked in for 2 days later. After taking and submitting the required pictures of the current boiler and fittings I received a phone call to advise that everything looked good to go. Day of fitting, the engineer John turned up before 8am. Very polite and knowledgeable. Extremely clean and tidy worker. By mid afternoon the new boiler was fitted, flush of system was complete and heating & hot water was up and running.

So simple to order online. Good communication via email. Boiler and engineer arrived on time. Engineer was polite, friendly and respectful of my property, he worked efficiently and was very tidy. Old boiler was taken away. A very seem less upgrade.

Cancelled install at the very last minute.!!!
I, too, like another recent reviewer, have just fallen foul to a last-minute cancellation of my AC install in 2 x bedrooms.
All booked in and paid for last week with photos uploaded promptly, got a call from BOXT yesterday to confirm equipment and that all was good to go for my install date, although I was a bit put out that I had to part with another £550 for scaffolding!
Now to today, mid-afternoon, I get the email confirming the engineer and visit time to commence installation tomorrow morning, only for a phone call 30mins later from Boxt CS telling me it's cancelled and it has to be moved back 3 weeks!!!
Shocking wait time, especially when I can go back on their site, go through the process of ordering again and actually select install dates for my postcode early next week!! (make it make sense..?) More hot weather is forecast soon, now before the lengthy time of my rescheduled install, so where's the contingency here? Not a good start, and extremely disappointed!
