Louis was a pleasure to have in our home. He was excellent, very diligent and extremely hard working. He was incredible and a fine Ambassador for Boxt. The standard of workmanship was high, of the highest standard and he clearly is very proficient and knowledgeable. All in all a pleasure to expedite our work.

Engineer within timescale arranged. He was very polite and professional. Did all the checks required and was told all tests were positive

On time efficient & polite

Would have preferred to be able to speak to someone. Found it very frustrating. And inpersonal.
But Fitter arrived on time, and kept me up to date, all the way through the process.
He was very helpful and informative.

The appointment was really easy to arrange and the engineer turned up exactly when they said they would. He was really friendly and efficient and the service didn't take long.

The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and professional, gave relevant advice about CO2 alarm.

My only disappointment is that a record of the servicing is not given, this is required to prove that the boiler is regularly serviced.

Excellent service.Today The Engineer arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional and did a great job.

The booking process was seamless. The courier delivered the boiler at 7.30am as expected. Shortly afterwards Danial & Stuart the engineers arrived. They were extremely pleasant and worked non stop throughout the day without any mess. Danial ensured that we were well informed about the system. An excellent service from start to finish. We would certainly recommend Boxt.

Steve Dove, the engineer, phoned the night before to let me know what time he would be arriving the following day. He turned up on time and was polite, friendly and carried out the work professionally.

Engineer was on time and left everything clean and tidy. Five years with BOXT at this property and still very pleased (multiple years at a previous house with BOXT as well).

I have never had an issue when booking an Annual service. The engineers are always on time and they carry out an efficient service on every occasion. Would highly recommend.
