2 orders back to back and was charged twice for shipping costs???…

I ordered 3 coins of the spaceship around the moon & paid shipping charges then after my order was submitted, a coin for 50 Blue Jay coin popped up & I ordered & another shipping charge!! Why not ship together for one shipping charge? Now I feel ripped off & will never order anything again! Thank you

Only thing worse than their customer service is their moral integrity. Actions speak louder than words but words is all they have.
All their products will be pulled from my collection.

This twice in as many months that a so…

This twice in as many months that a so called shipping label was created for Canada Post. I have had to cancel and reorder. The last item is a personalized ring. Lost!?? Rediculous I reordered it because it's one of the gifts for my wife on our 60th anniversary. Not happy probably won't do business with you again once I get the ring

Sketchy system

Sketchy system, customer service still can’t find the order nor give an answer as to why less then half the payment was processed. And stupid me spends another almost $400 with the payment plan, and every penny gets withdrawn…..

Ring - Not impressed

I ordered a ring and it came in tarnished. I also ordered a bracelet and it was so small it would only fit a child. Not impressed, returned everything. I did however get my money back in a timely manner.
