I ordered a roof bar for my MAN TGE. The item got deliverd before the delivery date. Everything was wrapped very well so no dammage was done to the package. Only thing not included was the instruction manual but after a quick message got that straight away.

So 5 stars are sure deserved!

For 3 months now I have been trying to get an answer from Bragan UK to clear up a simple question. The product delivered does not match the specified car. Even though the article description on their website clearly states ‘no drilling required’ it will clearly require custom building job to mount this simple roofrail. The instruction sent along were a mess. 5 pages with 5 lines on them copy/pasted from a Japanese auto-translation.
Now: 5 phonecalls and 14 emails later I still can not get them to call me back, to reimburse, let alone acknowledge the mistake made and horrible treatment of a patient customer. This could have been so easily avoided.
‘Does the product not fit? We’re sorry we’ll get to the bottom of this and reimburse you asap.’

Product very good but supplied with no installation guide. Brackets had to be modified to fit and longer bolts required. Luckily I have access to the extra requirements so was able to complete the job
