Not receiving response to my emails after placing a order of 5000 straws. More than 1 month has passed, the phone advertised in the web doesn't work...
I'm starting to feel this company is a sham.

Simple review! - British made, good quality, speedy delivery.

No one replies to your enquiries and also phone nunber doesn’t work. I thought I purchased stuff from a sham company

Speed of delivery excellent. Quality of item excellent. Couldn't be more pleased.

Everyone trying to do better for the environment. Most times it costs you more, so as a small coffee shop business trying to help do our bit for the planet, whilst keeping costs down we switched from plastic straws to paper straws, and after much searching found The Great British Paper Straw Company, best value by far. Excellent communication and fast delivery, only ordered small amount to test, well impressed, yes I know, its just a straw.. 🙄But considering how some 'environmentally led companies' seem to hike up prices for such little things, The GBSC gives, instead, excellent value. Will be putting bigger orders through in future. Thanks.

Just what I wanted, British made environmentally friendly straws

Terrible. Took my money and have not delivered. Seeking refund from PayPal and Great British Paper Straws have not responded. No one replies to emails. Calls are not answered. Line drops when you call. Cancelled order in line with Distant Selling Regulations and still have not received refund. TERRIBLE. There is nothing GREAT about them.

I have for some time successfully used paper straws, obtained from the local supermarket, for both hot and cold drinks for my disabled wife. I confidently ordered and received 1000 paper straws from the Great British Paper Straw Co. and found that they disintigrate quickly with hot drinks and go pappy within half an hour with cold. In my view they are sub-standard when compared with the competition and I would not recommend them to anyone. For my purpose they are useless. The one star should be only half a star for quick delivery.

I bought these as my previous purchase was fine and they were British made.
My new straws are variable as some are OK but others split in the water and become useless.
Most disappointing.

Having used all 4 boxes of straws now I am giving update on review. 25/11/20
I WILL definitely not be ordering these again almost everyone came undone whilst in can of Coke meaning no suction had to use 2/3 straws to drink while can.
Very disappointed as was pleased British made.
Rating definitely 1 or below NOT 5 now

I appreciated the personal service as the seller telephoned me to update my order preferences and delivery time. However the straws do fall apart.

Absolutely amazing and personal service. Gentleman from Great British Paper Straws even phoned me on receiving my order to say that there weren't sufficient in stock but suggesting an alternative. Wish all companies had such fantastic customer care.

Great service, phone call the day of ordering to let us know colour we wanted was out of stock and to arrange an alternative. Product is high quality. Will definitely be using you from now on....

These are great straws, safe to use and for the environment.
I prefer the box to open at the top as the straws tend to roll out with the opening in the long side of the box.
I ordered blue straws but they were out of stock, so I chose another colour, but I really wanted blue ones!
