If you see this product sold by anyone else (seen it's available on Amazon) avoid, it's only worth it if you are spending under £20.

Awful speaker, poor build quality & ZERO customer service. The half wit I dealt with had the personality of a boiled egg with an IQ 0f about 30.THe speaker looks like rubbish & sounds even worse. The proper price for junk like this should be $19.99 only.

Please don’t buy from this company, I ordered a speaker from them in December the website suggested they were uk based they are not, the product is not valued anywhere near the price, it has to be shipped from china and they will only offer a 5% refund apparently due to shipping costs. If you paid by credit card report the transaction and hopefully they may be able to recover your money from them

I hastily decided to buy a Bluetooth speaker - having seen a review listing the top 5 speakers I ordered a Bsmelody speaker - after some mix up regarding the tracking number I looked more closely and found the review to be dubious - I contacted Bsm and cancelled my order - they said it was too late to cancel and to refuse the delivery on receipt - that was 3 weeks ago and still no refund - they say they must wait for the warehouse to confirm receipt - even though they can see it’s been refused - then they will take 15% as a replenishment charge - very poor would avoid - service based in China - lesson learnt - do more research

Recieved the item poor quality ... I actually came across it as one of a "best rated speakers" ... but we had better for the same price tried to return , theyve said it goes back to China but posing as a UK website. Offered my 5% and then I went to go back on the website its shut down. Wonderful.

This is a scam company, giving the impression they are in the UK. The goods arrived late, and upon opening the box I realised this was not from the UK. Having tried the speaker it sounded tinny and very poor sound quality. I contacted them several times and asked for a return label. They said returning it would be expensive and offered me 5% compensation! Took the matter up with my Bank, who were brilliant! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Speaker is of a quality similar to cheaper models and the sound quality does not match the price. Be careful with this product as it is not possible to return it to a UK address (apparently their T’s and C’s explain returns have to go to China). The cost to export it to China using a tracked package can be as much as the purchase price.

I am just reiterating the other reviews. This 'company' is a scam. Im going to try to get my money back from my bank. In future I will only buy electronic products via Amazon or eBay where there is somebody responsible to complain to. There are so many scams around.

This is a complete scam. Please avoid these people are selling junk.

I don’t know how they get away with it.

The website claims it provides a 24 hour chat but this on clicking is only an email. I received the product and not promptly. There was no return slip and there are no return instructions online either. The product itself looks and feels cheap and the sound is dreadful. The instructions are so small a microscope is needed to read parts of them. On requesting a cancellation by email (after reading the trust pilot reviews) I was sent a stock reply stating that ' it is a useful product' and that ' not everyone agrees about what constitutes a good sound.' The email address for customer support no longer works snd I'm unable to return the speaker. The bank will return the money after slme time, but the whole affair has been a disappointment and a hassle. I believe this is in effect a fraudulent company selling a poor product very expensively. Avoid!

Exceptionally poor service. I placed an order to use as a birthday present, with guaranteed delivery by 22/03/25. Two weeks later and still no delivery, meaning I’ll now miss the birthday altogether. Customer service has been unhelpful — responses have simply told me to ‘be patient’ and that it takes 5–7 days, despite it being well past that. They’ve also provided incorrect tracking numbers multiple times. I spent over £100 and have received no solution. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this business.
