Worst delivery communication service
Worst delivery communication service, I asked them four times to call an hour before delivery and they said yes, we will call you 100%, but driver left the order outside on the driveway in a rainy day and left, and I found out few hours later they were delivered and some items were damage ,

I'm only giving 3 stars
I'm only giving 3 stars. Order placed but one item was out of stock so they said a replacement would be sent. That's fine by me.. delivery driver came and said one order had been cancelled but he had the alternative item on board but the items had been cancelled. I hadn't cancelled them but builders insulation had. Tried to phone but all I got was a computer voice and no help what's so ever. Had to wait over an hour when delivery driver was instructed by his company to leave alternative product. Took 24 hours for an email response to say item had been delivered.

Best for price and great for customer service.
Best for price and great for communication. Delivery wasn't free, or fast or able to offload 15x 2.4m x1.2m loft insulation panels without help - but they did arrive exactly when they were scheduled to. Even with the steep delivery fees, the bill was £100 less then any other independent suppliers and between £200 - £300 less than the big DIY / Trade suppliers. Unless you need the insulation delivered next day, or have cash to burn, these guys are great value, professional and easy to communicate with.

I feel cheated
I feel cheated. For the product I ordered was sent a replacement, at a lower price. Contact with the company is very poor. I sent an email, but I haven't received a response. There's no way to reach them by phone.

Very good follow on service
The delivery was incomplete but the follow up to this was very good. Maria, on the phone gave excellent support and kept me informed of what was happening. The mistake was rectified the next day and both delivery drivers were really helpful.

It wasn't given any timeframe when they are arriving. I found just left by the entrance ! The item was left outside without any notification or confirmation that it had been delivered. I only found out later, and it could easily have been stolen!
