I used the help feature and was able to chat with an agent immediately. This helps in the decision-making process for medical treatment. The ability to pre-authorise a claim takes away a lot of anxiety, especially when dealing with hospitals that are not in the BUPA network.
It's a good idea to print out read the policy. Once you know the rules, the claims approval process is straightforward, and the reason for the accept/reject decision can be understood.
