I am dissatisfied with the company in…
I am dissatisfied with the company in general. Two reasons, 1st purchased two caps I wanted for the summer and for work and everthing started off rather well and then hit a big time snag. My product was ordered first of June. Arrived I am told by USPS into Chicago, Illionis June 8th/2021. That's it, it is now July. 22-2021 and I am told by customer service there is nothing they can do and that it is a Canadian Customs issue. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding saying I have to pay duty. Nobody can tell me where the package is. The worse part is I have asked the company how long should I wait til I ask for my money back or for them to send me a replacement whereby my receiving the item is guaranteed or if I should ask for my money back. 2ndly. I think it is terrible customer service to expect the person who purchased the product to do their job to track down the shipment or do give me a difinitve answer on what to do??? Therefore, my recommendations are not to purchase again unless they decide to do something about it.

Here is the TRUTH...1) We have addressed issue and responded to customer 6 times. 2) We provided a tracking number that shows package left U.S. in route to Canada. 3) Canadian Customs Dept MUST process the package before it is released to The Canadian Post for delivery to the customer. 4) We have provided contact information to Canadian Customs, etc. for the customer to verify everything we said SIX times! We apologized for the delay w/ Customs, but there is nothing we can do about this; each country sets their own protocols regarding international shipments.
