BuyShedsDirect Reviews

Ordering was easy, communication was great, they kept us up to date with the order and delivery times.
It was delivered when they said, and the guys that unloaded it were really helpful and polite.
Good all round experience.
Thanks.

First class service delivered when stated delivery driver was very helpful and friendly the shed is top quality very pleased with the whole process

Good quality shed and fast delivery

Very easy to order through the website . Great communication from ordering to delivery. Both delivery drivers transported everything down our drive and into the back garden for us ( Penko and Ed ) . Easy to follow instructions to put together. Feels very sturdy when built . Only downside is the plastic windows which I’ll probably replace with glass at some point , and add extra lock to the door . Other than that , very happy and would recommend.

The man who delivered it was really lovely so thank you very much much,I recommend you very well

Good price shed, despatched quickly.
Kept informed of my orders progress via email
Delivery team (Penko & Ed) were friendly and professional, took the shed round the back of my property as requested.
This is the second shed I have purchased from this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Delivery and buying very easy. Quality poor nothing lines up, alot of money for what you get

I was told I would be contacted by a third party to arrange a specific delivery day when someone was home so imagine my surprise to be contacted by a neighbor to say something had been dumped on my drive! I hope it is still there when i get home tonight.... the shed might as yet be great but what poor customer service.

We recently purchased a 10 x 8 metal shed on the end of September, delivery was fine. Started to assembly it last week, 3rd October 2026, Instructions very poor (throw them away and you tube it.) Very than metal, most panels were damaged or scratched. Screws pulled out.
The basic stucture is very poor and will need extra supports all over.
Would not recommend.

It’s the worst shed I’ve ever bought. The instructions was very poor you would have to measure every piece of wood to make sure it was the right part for the right place. The Wood was that rough this hand it down before I could paint it with stain.
Yes, very disappointed in that many knots in it
Know body tried to get in contact with me over this issue someone the wood was bent like a banana I had my reliable Carpenter do the work and he was shocked at the quality of the shed

Delivered relatively quickly, all parts present and easy to erect. Looks like it will stand the test of time.

COULD BE BETTER DESIGNED AS A STRUCTURE

I recently had a 7’ x 5’ Pent Shed delivered. I was disappointed to find that all four sides have to be made up of smaller panels screwed together (3’ & 4’; 4’ & 1’ x 2 and a window panel, plus 2 x 1’ panels plus a doorway). Why not make single panels to the correct size where possible? OK, there are cover timbers for the joins but solid panels would be much better structurally and aesthetically.

The shed was delivered promptly, though hiding smaller packages under larger items wasn’t helpful even though you are asked to check that all items have been delivered.

Some minor differences in the height of panels, but putting it together is straightforward and to date all the necessary hardware has been readily located.

Still to fully construct, so I’ll add more when it’s up and being used.

Excellent service.Everything as promised. The product is better than I expected.

Quick delivery, excellent value good instructions fairly easy to construct, would definitely buy from again

They mislead their customers. The waiting time is significantly longer than stated on the website, and there is no communication from them. Customers have to repeatedly call and contact customer service themselves just to locate a product that never arrived. There are also problems with obtaining a refund.

Great!
Good value for money. Quick delivery no problems:)

Driver Roy T, found us within the allotted time frame despite one line of address missing and one digit missing from phone number. Assisted in placing load and proffered advice on constructing. First class.
