Do not use this company if you want a veranda completed and well finished. The owner, Carlo, who left a review below has left jobs incomplete and then ignores you when you try to get in touch with him. It’s been almost a year and we still have an unfinished project, with a door that won’t open and a ceiling that leaks. The only 5 star review for this company has been left by Carlo the owner himself. Very poor customer service and exceptionally rude when asked to simply complete a job he started 12 months ago.

This is hands down one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only has the work been left unfinished for 9 months and we are being continuously ignored, but the attitude of the owner Carlo towards our dissatisfaction is disgusting. Do not fall for his false promises, he is most definitely deceiving you.

1. We were promised an insulated veranda that would be completed by June of last year. Firstly he didn’t start it until July due to delays with “his supplier”.
2. He clearly submitted incorrect measurements as we received windows that are far too small for the space and tried to cover this up by putting a piece of aluminium on either side that leaks water and defeats the purpose of an insulated veranda. 3. He fitted a wall that was not part of our initial agreement and claimed once again that it was due to “an issue with supplier”.
4. He fitted a cracked glass door that he said he would replace and 9 months later we are still waiting on this replacement.
4. The sliding door was fitted incorrectly and so fell off the rails within 2 days of used and now the door cannot be opened or closed properly. Once again, 9 months later we have still not received the promised replacement.
5. The materials used are of very poor quality with lots of gaps in the fittings.
6. The seals that were put in place to help with the insulation weren’t done properly and the room leaks every time it rains, which in the Netherland, is almost every day.
7. We have been ignored repeatedly, calls and messages going unanswered for the last few months. When we eventually did get through to him, using an unknown number, we were told he would come by that weekend. One month later and we are still waiting for his visit.

Naturally we are growing more and more frustrated with the fact we have a new but unusable space in our house. Despite all the above, the worst part of this whole experience has been his attitude towards our dissatisfaction. Never once has he actually apologised for any of the issues he has actually created and has just taken to ignoring us. We are now currently in the process of reporting him to consumer protection.
