I recieve an email from Metis…

I recieve an email from Metis Cancelation a few days ago about paying my debt of 72 euro. So I email your company and said I couldnt pay the debt since I didnt have a job so we came to an agreement and you told me to pay 32 euro instead of 72 euro. I did send you the money and you didnt let me pay the 40 euro cost reminder. But today I recieve again another email from metis that I need to pay 72 euro from your company. What is going on ? How many times do you want me to pay...? I have a proof that I paid my debt. And you told me you put it on a collection agency. ? You didnt even look in your account that ive already paid it.

Scam Fraud dont open the website

i just canceled subscription i have no idea about that was an external website they keep asking for 30 euros cancelation fees i have not signed any thing with them .

Con artists, fine print of disgusting prices of sending an email

Con artists no clear instructions, about payment or any proper display of price costs of just to send a simple email.

They even take the time to add in logos of companies that you want to cancel from to make it seem it is internal services.

Don’t trust or use them, rather take 5 minutes to send your own email.

I do not even know who they are and…

I do not even know who they are and they claim I contracted their services for unsuscribing somewhere. I have written to them by email leaving constance that I have not signed anything. After seeing the reviews I see that it is a scam, I will report them to the police and keep dreaming if you think I am going to pay anything, if you dare to take any further action we will see each others faces in court

U heeft ons van ByMetis ingeschakeld als extern bedrijf om een opzegbrief te versturen. Wij ontvangen de aanvraag pas nadat het hele format is ingevuld en alle checkboxen zijn aangevinkt en de button 'met betaalverplichting' is aangeklikt.
Aan onze dienst zitten kosten verbonden die wij meerdere malen aangeven op de website. Het is belangrijk op te merken dat de mogelijkheid bestond om de brief zelf te versturen, maar dat u expliciet ervoor koos om dit door ons te laten doen. Aangezien de opdracht volledig is uitgevoerd op basis van uw verzoek, vinden wij dit een onredelijk reactie. Weet dat wij klaar voor u staan om met u mee te denken aan een gewenste oplossing.

This is the most ridiculous fraud!
I got a bill about gym cancellation from bymétis with additional fees now.
The problem is that the gym told me there is no cancellation and I am still registered in the system, additionally , the gym said that the cancellation should be done in the reception and they don’t have any online cancellation and they don’t request a fee from the costumers. Bymétis didn’t clarify that there is a fee for the cancellation and now they want additional fee. Is there any way to report this or suit them? I hope you tell me if you know the right way to make a legal case about this.

Unethical business practices

If I could give them zero stars I would. Please look out for this business. They are scammers that charge people 30 euros to cancel a service that you can cancel yourself for no cost

Scam Website

I didn't even use bymetis to cancel my gym membership. I was just on the site and put in my name and e-mail, and without ever accepting the terms and conditions i keep on getting e-mails on how i should give them 30€. So this website is a total scam, as soon as you put in your info it's gonna steal it and send you threatening e-mails.

ByMétis trick

The cheat people by infiltrating well reputated establishments, such as newspapers and tricking people to pay them for unsubscibing to the paper. It is free to unsubscribe but ones ends up paying them 40 € to send an unsubscription letter to the newspaper. Watch out.

Scammers!

Scammers!
They must have somehow gotten my email while I was trying to figure out how to cancel my Allianz insurance. I found it and cancelled myself. Now I they start sending me a 30 euro bill with warning that it will be increased with 14,50 euro if I don't pay in time.
But they apparently have no legal basis.
I will block their emails.

This is as an answer to the response of BiMetrics
I never checked any boxes
I never asked you to send a letter
No letter was received by Allianz
No letter was needed as I had cancelled the insurance already

I am reallyy trying to contact them…

I am reallyy trying to contact them since ages now like literally its been 6 months.
Once i lost my ov chipkaart so i asked for replacement from here but they were slow and the official website from gvb did it within 1 day soo i tried to cancel it its not working. I wrote two mails already they are not answering the mails, There is no number to contact them nothingg i’ve tried my best to do everything but nothinh is workinh its just terrible. And now they keep sending me mails to pay the money and also letters at my adress.
