We do not get the order in unless the customer checks all the checkboxes and clicks on the Cancellation with payment requirement.

Graag wil ik u verzekeren dat ons bedrijf volledig voldoet aan de wet- en regelgeving. Ons hoofddoel is om onze gewaardeerde klanten te ondersteunen bij het opzeggen van abonnementen.
U heeft ons van ByMetis ingeschakeld als extern bedrijf om een opzegbrief te versturen. Wij ontvangen de aanvraag pas nadat het hele format is ingevuld en alle checkboxen zijn aangevinkt en de button 'met betaalverplichting' is aangeklikt.
Aan onze dienst zitten kosten verbonden die wij meerdere malen aangeven op de website. Het is belangrijk op te merken dat de mogelijkheid bestond om de brief zelf te versturen, maar dat u expliciet ervoor koos om dit door ons te laten doen. Aangezien de opdracht volledig is uitgevoerd op basis van uw verzoek, vinden wij dit een onredelijk reactie. Weet dat wij klaar voor u staan om met u mee te denken aan een gewenste oplossing.

You applied to us to send a termination letter, we have carried out this service nicely. Our site clearly states that there is a one-time fee for this. We do not receive the order unless the customer ticks all the checkboxes and clicks on the Cancellation with payment requirement.
