Furniture are really nice etc, but make sure if you order anything from byubathrooms.co.uk it's one way ticket.
If you don't like item ( pic from website may be a bit different) or like us we can't fit 2 tall bathrooms units on the wall. They trying charge me a fortune. 🤯🤯🤯🤯

I have to commend James for his proactiveness and determination in addressing a damaged bathroom vanity unit. It appeared as though it was damaged through delivery and when I had informed BYUbathrooms of this, James was quick to respond by picking up the phone to me to address the issue. It's refreshing to know someone can pick up the phone in this day and age to ensure the customer is happy. He certainly did that by ensuring a personal delivery to me within a couple of days. His professionalism and customer service is one to admire. Thanks again!

Probably the best customer service I have ever received. Placed an order for 2 x bathroom vanity units. James from BYU contacted me very soon after to arrange a suitable delivery date. Very efficient correspondence and worked around our availabilty.
The products are lovely and excellent quality. Unfortunately one of the basins was cast slightly wrong, so it did not sit flush in the base unit.
I contacted BYU by email after hours and received an email from Lauren with a resolution and new item dispatched by 9.15am the next morning! Ensuring a prompt replacement as to not delay our bathroom installation. Also noticed that I had tried to get in touch by phone and apologised for not answering when I called.
Putting the customer first and delivering excellent customer service on all customer interactions. I would definitely recommend and use this company again, so impressed.

Really impressed with this company. They bent over backwards to get a delivery to me before I went away on holiday - working with the supplier to get the tiles urgently delivered into their warehouse and then delivering them to me out of hours that evening. Amazing customer service (thanks Mitz!).

Amazing! I can't believe they delivered it the same day I bought it? Great for anyone but especially good for trade workers!

I bought a sink cabinet from Byubathrooms. I was apprehensive at first as the company was small and the item was a lot cheaper than other sites, so I was worried it was a scam. I voiced this concern over the web chat and the company owner then called me from his mobile to state where it was registered as a business and explained they'd only been going for a year so they only had a small number of Google reviews. The reason why the sink was cheaper than other sites was they have a direct line to the supplier, so they could sell it for a cheaper price. Reassured, I placed my order. I was immediately emailed by a staff member assigned to inform me regarding my order status and I was updated regularly. My sink cabinet arrived when expected. Unfortunately it has a small crack at a joint, but luckily it won't affect its functionality. I was offered a replacement or a discount, so I've requested a discount. This company has gone above and beyond, thank you so much. I am one happy customer and highly recommend your company.
