My experience of this clinic was fantastic. Everyone was lovely – the nurses, the admin team, my anaesthetist, and of course my surgeon Ioannis. The information was clear, and when I had questions or needed help, people were fast & friendly in responding and finding a solution for me.

The procedure itself went SO smoothly – the clinic made my visit so calm, it was less stressful than some regular trips to the doctors! I’m so happy with the results, and my recovery was far, far smoother and easier than what I’d read from others online. This is also such a trans-friendly space: I felt safe, understood, and in very safe hands.

A very smooth and pleasant experience overall--from booking through the procedures to the aftercare.

I was seen by Rachel. She was kind and professional, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I have no complaints.

Dr Ayoubi explained things to me very well and was very honest in his approach. There was a chaperone present as well to make me feel comfortable which was much appreciated. Overall, I’ll rate my consultation a 5/5

I have been a patient of the Cadogan Clinic for five years, I consult with Dr Nisith Sheth who I find to be an excellent Physician and Mohs surgeon, he is friendly and caring. I have had surgery on three occasions with good results and very minimal scaring.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lara de Luca , who performed my surgery with the utmost care and professionalism. From our first consultation, she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, with patience and clarity. She also put me at ease during a stressful time, Dr. Lara was attentive, checking in regularly before and after the surgery to ensure I was comfortable and informed. I highly recommend Dr. Lara to anyone seeking a skilled and caring surgeon.

Both Dr Mayou and Zoe were caring, professional and put me at my ease.

I have to honestly say that Dr Nisith Sheth is truly a gifted consultant with excellent surgical skills in the United Kingdom. Above all this he’s a kind and empathetic human being and puts you at ease straight away with his reassuring tone of voice. He doesn’t rush you and had all the time to listen to my concerns and answered the questions in a calm and reassuring manner. It’s very rare to find a dermatologist who is also a surgeon and Dr Sheth ticks all the boxes. Cadogan clinic is extremely lucky to have a genius like Dr Sheth working in their establishment- truly world class. My nurse was excellent too who had excellent communication skills whilst at the same time being empathetic and patient with answering all my questions.

Dr Sheth was exceptional. Very caring and informative. He took a biopsy and identified my problem, was reassuring and gave me a plan of action and his mobile number if I had any queries. Highly recommended

I attended The Cadogan Clinic in Sloane Square recently, for MOHS eye surgery, to remove a Basal Cell Carcinoma from the lower eyelid.

I highly recommend the Clinic and Dr Nisith Sheth, the Dermatological Surgeon who carried out the procedure. He explained everything in detail, and made me feel calm & reassured about the whole process. Dr Sheth is an excellent and highly skilled surgeon. I am very pleased with the result.

Always want to come back for more!

My first time attending at the clinic for an initial consultation, with Miss Berridge. From first point of contact to arrange the consultation, and through a quick preliminary health check post consultation, the service received by all the staff at the clinic was exemplary.  Accessing and utilising, all of the online parts of booking a date that suited my schedule was nice and straightforward.  Excellent contact from and by the Cadogan patient liason team was prompt and professional, yet also friendly and welcoming. They're also accessible and happy to help with any queries you may have at anytime pre and post consultation.  A positive experience indeed and looking forward to my next appointment.

Thank you. It was a great experience even with my nerves of having a procedure to remove a lipoma from my face while I was still awake. Everyone made me feel completely at ease. The admin / support staff on reception were laughing and having fun at work. For me It’s just so good and so refreshing to see people at work enjoying themselves. This reflects positively on the manager above them due to their leadership style. The nurses were great and all made me feel very much at ease. The surgeon and his immediate assistant were great. He has a fantastic bedside manner about himself which made me feel so relaxed. His immediate assistant made me really feel very at ease, by again being happy, joking with me, and being very jovial and above all just being herself. The nurses helping the surgeons with the procedure were great too. All seemed at ease, very happy and very professional. I very much appreciate you all for all your work helping me with my procedure. You all did your bit to ease my nerves and for that I am eternally grateful to you all. The nurse that removed my stitches a week later was fantastic also.

I needed urgent advice regarding a skin complaint. The clinic arranged an appointment with Dr Paolino quickly and she was excellent; clearly well informed, with a very professional manner, and a good communicator. As a retired physician I recognise good clinical practice and Dr Paolino certainly demonstrated this in our interaction. Highly recommend both her and the Clinic.

Another perfectly completed surgery by Dr Atherton. From start to finish. And many thanks to Carolinn Frisk (PA) who made the process so easy and successful. And for always being available for us. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Cadogan Clinic highly enough. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Carolinn was incredible throughout my journey, always professional, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate. I came into this process feeling very nervous, but her support made all the difference.
On the day of my surgery, the nursing team were absolutely wonderful. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel safe and truly cared for, which meant the world to me as someone who struggles with anxiety.
Professor Miranda has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions with patience and clarity, giving me complete confidence that I was in expert hands.

The surgery itself went ok but the aftercare wasn’t good. Every time I called to ask a question I got told to call the surgeon and then the surgeon would tell me I should ask the Cadogan clinic as his line was emergency only. He even told me off for asking making out I’d called too much when I’d literally texted twice.

I got a seroma and went in to have it drained and was made to feel like it was my fault somehow and that I was wasting their time.

I also went for a one week review and the nurse I got must have been new. She had no idea of the answers to any questions I asked at all.

Many of my friends had their surgeries in other countries and I paid 5x more because I thought the aftercare would be better. Theirs was far superior. They even got calls checking on them - I never received a single call and was basically told I could leave 3 hours after surgery and that was that. I was on my own.

I won’t be using them for my next surgery. I’m happy with my abdominoplasty itself but having sub par aftercare made it too stressful.

I had a Periareolar Mastectomy with Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto in June. The whole team was very kind and compassionate, and made sure I felt comfortable and in control every step of the way.

My post op check ups were with a nurse named Rachel. She was so welcoming and down to earth, and she made me feel at ease as soon as she came to the waiting room to call me up for my appointment. She walked me through everything before she did it and checked that I was comfortable before and after each step. If you can reward her, please do, she is absolutely amazing.

Big thanks to Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto, Rachel, and the rest of the team involved in my care. It is clear that you are all very passionate about your work. Thank you for making this whole experience so easy and not stressful. You are all awesome!
