Everything went well and delivery was fast. Sizes of the clothes were exactly what was mentioned. Colours are always a little bit difficult to see precisely on the website, but this time I was happy.

Bought shoes were slightly too small sent back was told they had my size in stock by customer services now the returned shoes are back with them phoned to ask when now there telling me shoes are not in stock so maybe next week they will email me if shoes arrive !!!!! Update care of Carl customer service called and said there was a mistake and shoes have been found and posted !!!! Thank you !!!

Great collection and user experience
Excellent, stylish collection. I was positively surprised with the whole thing, starting with website design and UX, all the way to quick delivery.
I appreciate that orders come in bags, instead of unnecessary boxes or padding.
Getting free socks some time after first purchase was a nice touch.
Most of all though, I like that it’s full of good-looking quality items.
