I enrolled in the Care Certificate course. I encountered technical issues which frustrated me initially but it has been resolved. I've completed my course and downloaded my care Certificate.

This company is a pure scam!! They collect your money and disappear into thin air, they won't issue any certificate, they make sure you just get stuck on a particular course even if you fill the right answers, they mark it wrong sent then hide under that guise to ensure you don't ever complete your course.

Last year in February I was here complaining on how these people scammed me, I had issues in completing lesson 9 but it was due to their technical error and I was stuck on 97%. I tried everything just to complete this lesson but still it got stuck on 97% and nothing changed, after sending endless emails but to no avail i gave up. Today after so many months I tried logging in again just to see if there was any change and to my surprise after going through the lesson 9 again it got completed and now I have my Care Certificate. These people aren't completely scammers but their services are just poor if they may try to be there for clients and try to follow up on emails maybe their reputation might change for better. Thank you caretuition.co.uk but please improve and try to be reliable at all times.

Had I known that I would struggle to get a response with regards to the issuance of my Certificate upon completion, I would have avoided this Care Tuition farce,I have sent countless emails to no avail but am working extra hard with my UK posse to get a response this unprofessional entity.No star rating from me at all.

I am highly disappointed with the care tuition management I have completed my certificate course since last month and i have uploaded my completed course for proof of completion. I have sent over 20 emails for my certificate to be issued to me. But I didn't get a single email reply back, but when they wanted to collect money for the course they where sending emails frequently to me on regular basis for the purpose of collecting my money.
I need to come on this platform, to let people know the kind of organisation care tuition is running. They are good at scamming people by advertising non existing certificate programmes.

Well detailed and easy to understand. I had a good learning time. They were slow to resolve my issue but at £20 I was expecting to be left to it to some extent.

I did a care certification with care tuition I almost got frustrated due to ability of their poor customer service but finally I got my certification and it was finally dated but it would be nice if the date of start and ends appears and a transcript is given. And a number to call. I must say the teaching materials were well written and easy to read.

They are fraud, I paid for their Care Certificate course, and I stopped hearing from them!

This is a scam guys! Don't enrol I lost my hard earned £20 . I'm stuck on 98% completion since last week. I have sent numerous emails through support , there is no response.
They communication sucks!
Please don't buy the Course!

Awful customer service. I have completed the care course but i am unable to access the certificate. I have emailed support about 3 or 4 times but I am still waiting for a response. There is no number to call. What an absolute joke!

I purchased the care certificate for my sister. I was only asked for my billing address and the next thing I know, I’m the one being enrolled for the course. Sent them several emails letting them know that I wasn’t the intended enrolee, and not a single reply from them.
This is very horrible!!
I refuse to believe that I’ve just lost £20.
It’s really sad.
No number to contact, nothing!!

If you are reading this just know that I have contacted my bank and reported to the right authorities. Very unprofessional! I have been calling and it goes straight to voicemail!

I got my certificate. Although they have poor customer service, it was easy to learn with them and at my pace.

Hi all please avoid to send them money £20 .because they are scams they don't let you pass the certificate.and again gonna send you email that purchase one more course . actually nouvcare and care tution they have the aim to take money from people for doing nothing .both are doing scams so please avoid them

The courses were very interesting and educative. My only problem is I wasn’t able to print my certificate after the fourth module
