Good price, one small issue
Good price. Bought 3 toners. And an easy to use web site for creating the order. My one nit pick is that when my toner cartridges arrived there were no return labels to recycle them. I'm not sure what to do when my 1st toner needs to be replaced.

Would be 4 stars if PayPal didn't hang
The first time I tried to place this order, PayPal hung AFTER the hold on my account went through, and I hat to initiate a chat with customer service. Eventually the hold came off and I was able to order it again.
So perhaps on a timeout you should send PayPal a cancel request so the card hold comes off.

I ordered a black ink and colored ink…
I ordered a black ink and colored ink cartridge. Much cheaper than any place else. After installing them, I printed several pages and they worked just as well as the expensive ones. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service!
I should've written this last week when the issue occurred but I was too busy. We had an issue with our office printer so I called their office. Within a half hour, someone was here, resolved my issue and cleaned up the printer like new. I must say that I have never had an issue with them. They are always quick and efficient. Would recommend using Cartridge World anytime.
